We had asked for two Chai Latte's but were told they didn't have any milk. We then ordered two regular coffee's with a shot of vanilla priced on the board at $2.50 each. At the checkout I was charged $14.00. I asked why it was so much more and she said that the flavoring was 'extra'. The coffee was good but at almost 3 times the prices, Medina has other coffee shops to patronize.

This a business that employs people with developmental disabilities.

The bread for the peanut butter and jelly was clearly made fresh. They roast the coffee beans in house, you can smell it. People with developmental disabilities grow the veggies in the garden.

Some people have no clue how hard it is for people with developmental disabilities to obtain MEANINGFUL employment. Being a parent of an adult/child with developmental disabilities is one of the World’s biggest challenges. WE NEED PLACES LIKE THIS TO GIVE PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES A CHANCE.

I had an amazing experience at the Grand Cafe and Roastery. Coffee was amazing, the infused water was a super wow and their breakfast croissant sandwich was superb. But what topped everything was the amazing service. Nick was helpful and kind and explained things thoroughly. I definitely will be back and bring friends!

I stopped in this morning for iced coffee, a killer brownie, and my morning meeting. The brownie and coffee were great! The staff was very friendly and helpful! I enjoyed it all.

WOW What A Wonderful Place / Happy Place 2 Eat Breakfast !! I Had A Doctors Appointment & Was Looking 4 A Great Place 2 Eat Breakfast With My Family & Google Lead Me 2 This Wonderful Happy Place , With NO Regrets @ All !! Ppl With Disabilities Trying 2 Work & Have A Life .. God Bless These Ppl , They did a Wonderful Job . The food was very good , we loved the sausage patties , although u only get 1 , they r delicious 🤤 Not gonna lie it took a little bit 2 get r good , but it was well worth it . Best toast I’ve had in a long while . The Over easy eggs were definitely different, but they were really good. I’m Sooo Glad Some ppl Wanna Work & Learn New Things . I’d ur in the Medina Ohio area Please consider eating here , I don’t think that u Will be disappointed with the food @ all . However, the service might be a little slow getting your food . But Remember these people wanna work Just like everyone else does . Please give them a chance . Great food & Great service with a smile . That counts 2 me .

A great little cafe that supports a great cause in Medina County. Coffee is excellent and food is tasty! Definitely worth stopping in!
