I ordered sweet and sour chicken, the vegetables were raw,green peppers and carrots were literally ice cold as well as the 3 pieces of pineapple. I did eat the chicken which was nothing fancy for sure. Unbelievable, I mentioned it to the waitress with the red lipstick and she didn't seem too concerned and stated" That's how we cook it" Really? We weren't even offered drinks except the standard glass of ice water. Should of left asap and we won't be returning.

There were 24 in our party. T h e food was excellent. The service was outstanding. I would recommend the House of Hunan to anyone that enjoys Chunese food.

Just wanted to share with everyone. We had guests coming from Avon Lake and wanted to have a little feast at the picnic table. Had never been to HH and wanted to test drive it. So, glad we did. The food was a hit ? and we will be back. Glad we found this gem. Finished off our meal with a DQ blizzard cake. It was heaven. Lol

$19 beef and broccoli had less than 2oz of beef. Entire dish tastes watered down. There was no crab in the Crab and Cheese (Crab Rangoon). We pulled them apart after trying 2 of them to check. It was all just cream cheese. We couldn’t finish them and threw them away. Fried rice was so so. Bold choice to put barely cooked diced Red and Green peppers in there.
I see the manager offering other people a free meal for their family to make it up to them. No need to offer, I’ll pass. I should have called and asked for a refund, but I ordered 30 minutes before close so maybe it was my fault. That’s a $40 lesson I don’t need to learn again.
On the plus side, the people were nice. I imagine this place is probably great if you’re the type of person that cares more about drinking and ambiance. I’ve noticed a lot of people in Medina love all these bland restaurants, so maybe they’re just catering to the locals.
Next time I want to order out I’ll just stick with Monarca.
Service and food are excellent! The staff is very friendly and genuinely care about the quality of your experience. The food is great and the sushi is as fresh. Very good quality for the value. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good atmosphere, great food and excellent service!
