‼️👍🏼. We have tried every Philly Steak sandwich in Medina. Jersey Mike’s is number one. I love the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak, add Tomato and Lettuce. Jim likes the Mike’s Famous Philly Steak! It’s a no wonder they’re “famous”!
They are made with LOVE!… the two ladies that work there are making all subs with love, with the guy on the grill too.
The tone of all the people working at Jersey Mike’s MEDINA is so very nice hear. They’re so kind with everybody that walks in the door. I called with a question, and I was blown away how nice the young lady was on the phone. You just don’t get that anymore not in Medina! (Except for Courthouse Pizza they’re pretty nice too)!

PS ::: 👉🏽. I smuggled a SUB in the house the other night because my husband was having Breaded Pork Chops & Pierogies that I made, and I didn’t have a taste for it! I just wanted A Jersey Mike’s Big Kahuna Steak T& L Sub Ha ha‼️😂

Waited a half hour for my order to be ready. Chicken Philly with peppers and onions add mayo and shredded lettuce .
There was no lettuce, no mayo , and a pitiful amount of peppers and onions. ABSOLUTLY awful! I took one bite and realized it didn’t taste good … opened it up to see that the sandwich was horrible. I ordered two just like this for my husband and I …. Both just horrible. For the prices Jersey mikes charging you would think they get it right.

Brianna Crooks and Kyrie Papineau created an incredible atmosphere that elevated the entire experience. I ordered the Classic Italian with a Mountain Dew — the sandwich was well-balanced, fresh, and layered with flavor. What stood out even more was the genuine hospitality from Brianna and Kyrie; their attentiveness and positive energy made the visit feel welcoming and memorable. It’s rare to find staff who can both maintain high service standards and create such a comfortable environment. Jersey Mike’s is lucky to have them.
Late night dinner before they closed. Staff super friendly and had no problem 10 minutes before closing to make my order. Very much appreciated, sandwiches and subs are amazing!! Keep up the great work!

Ordered a 12 sandwich box for a wedding morning. Our order arrived on time, and that's the last good thing I can say about it. The sandwiches were soggy, the bread wet and slimy. Not one sandwich looked or tasted fresh. I can't imagine how far in advance they were made but my guess is the day before to be that deteriorated. Our request for no onions was ignored. Much of the order was thrown away. This was the first time I've had Jersey Mikes, ordered at the request of the bride. It's also the last time.

This store unapologetically and routinely makes doordashers wait 20+ minutes for orders, constantly forgets items, etc.
The female manager on duty July 1st, 2025 at 11AM has repeatedly mocked me, has laughed at me entering and exiting the store with her cast of high school coworkers on July 1st 2025, and genuinely makes it a very uncomfortable environment.
My order will be in the system for 13 to 15 minutes. I will watch somebody walk into the store and she will assist them prior to finishing my order. I asked them if I could please hold some sort of place in line so that I can get my order in a timely fashion and that is the reason why they now make me feel uncomfortable when I walk in the store and make comments to and about me.
Delivery orders should be prioritized the same and appreciated the same as a walk in order. If they aren't, then stop doing them, stop taking advantage of the drivers that help fill your pockets!
