Tried to visit 7/27 to find them closed when you should be open and AGAIN you steal money from me. This location I will NEVER visit again. Online orders work while you are closed so you can steal money. NEGATIVE 5 STARS. Visited on 6/5/25. This one star is for the incompetent staff. I had a gift card and you don't even know how to enter them manually. They then tell me declined. I end up paying for a sandwich that should have been on the gift card. I then check the balance when I get home and BAM card has money on it. So you take money from me when there was a balance on my card. This is the last time I ever go here. Steal someone else's money.

This place is awful the delivery is not freaky fast i got burned once i ordered lunch through jimmys johns they had passed it to uber Uber shows up 3 hours late i didnt order for a long time, thought ill give them another shot i order at 102 they used to get it here in 12 min they are on foot 15 min away in a car less than 3 i called at 140 as my lunch is 1 hour and nothing and when i spoke to the women she didnt give a shit she just said well our driver got busy... No apologies nothing it is 153 still no food called back same thing oh they just left it still hasn't been delivered im done will never order here its turned to trash and rude people

I love to read reviews left by people who are never going to buy from here again. GREAT! Get out of line. Makes my wait shorter, because this place rocks. There may be better sub shops around, but I haven’t found them. You know who I’m talking about. I can’t say enough good about this place. I love their sandwiches.

If you’re in a hurry don’t order delivery. I ordered a sandwich 2 hours before I started work and it didn’t arrive at my house until I was at work for an hour. So 3 hours total it took them to deliver a sandwich. And I’m a 3 minute drive away from jimmy johns

I haven't ordered Jimmy Johns delivery for over a year because last time I ordered it took 45 minutes for a notification to say my food was delivered but there was nothing at my door. So I finally thought I'd try again today. It's been an hour since I ordered and I'm still waiting on my food. I live 5 minutes from the restaurant. I called and was told my sandwiches are with the driver but he can't tell me when they'll actually be delivered. This will be the last time I ever order Jimmy Johns.

I went to this location to use a gift card I received, without any intention of becoming a repeat customer after the gift card was used up. But the sandwich was absolutely delicious and the service was quick and courteous. I’m very impressed and I will absolutely be back.
