I just found out from my lawyer if a business hides one of there employees knowing they spit on multiple customers there liable

I’ve given this place so many chances mainly because I bartended at the Strongsville location and live in the Medina area currently. I just want the bartenders to acknowledge that there are more than just their buds hanging out. I’ve been standing at the top of the bar for six keno rounds and have been passed by the bartenders more than twice but they never said ‘hey, hi, need help, etc’ this whole time. I’m a patient person, but funk, this is insane.

I love going to JohnnyJs ateast 3 times per week because they serve amazing food, loaded tots are my favorite! And the build your own burger is fantastic! Cooked and served fresh just for me Most importantly, the bartender Lauren was the first to recognize me and my favorite beer. She is attentive friendly and does her job extremely well. Whenever I come here she makes me feel so welcome she even remembered my name and I see her treating other regulars the same way. That's how a good bartender operates and this place is lucky to have Lauren dedicating her skills here. She went above and beyond when she noticed I left personal items on the bar when I left and she ran out to find me, I appreciated that so much.
This place has a chill vibe and a big patio that allows me to smoke, people are friendly it's a good place with a dynamic atmosphere. A gem in Medina. I am so sad to move away....

Just to start the restrooms are filthy, the food was undercooked, i asked for a steak medium well and got it well done. Mistakes happen i get it. But the bartender lauren was completely rude and unprofessional in almost anyway imaginable. I wish i had something to complement them on during my time there but honestly my experience all and all was terrible. Would recommend johnny Malloy s or any other local bar before you waste your time with this establishment.

Brought my son here for his birthday! Great atmosphere with excellent food, service, and drinks. He had a burger and fries, and I had a sandwich called the strangewich ( cheesesteak). It was excellent! Highly recommend it, and also the nachos and the buffalo chicken dip and chips. We will be back!

I wouldn't eat here. We walked in and it was dirty and dark at 2pm. The bar stools are ripped, uneven, bartender was uninterested, and there's no way (after 1 bottled beer, thankfully not tap) we were trying to see what the restrooms looked like. Menu is all overpriced factory frozen food. The bartender was ready to write our order down on a Keno ticket, when she decided to pay attention. Yeah, no thanks. If dingy is your thing, check it out. Edit: I think there was something about Ohio beef regarding burgers but still, it's dirty.

Food came out burnt on the bottom, appetizers came out with the entrée. Pop refills were water downed bc waitress just kept adding ice and pop to the old cup with out dumping out the old. The table was so sticky when we sat down the menus stuck to the table and literally riped when trying to peel it off the table.

This place is disgusting! Looks dirty and the food was major nasty. Everything we ordered was dark brown over cooked and very dry. And the grease was terrible. DO NOT GO HERE! Maybe get a manager that actually cares and oversees the employees and the food quality. Never going there again.
