I ordered the three piece meal. When I got home it looked like there were three small turds in the box not the usual kfc crispy ones. They were even a light brown instead of a golden color. Cold mashed potatoes. No wonder it never looks crowded and the drive thru is always empty if you can find it. Maneuvering it is a really tight squeeze. I don’t know why we write these reviews. No one reads them or responds. The colonel must be turning in his grave. Definitely lost my family as customers.

Let's just say, the amount of purchases, and it's an attempt to convince that the two 2oz of gravy to replace other type of condiments at the time our visits and drive thru 's. iT has been a adventure of hit and miss with this location. I'm sure its been frustrating for the staff to complete any type of order with the their supply's to satisfied the local folks a Pleasant experience I have nothing but proper respect. My family appreciates your efforts to provide us with a meal. Keep up the good work and apologize for calling in missing items for our order.

Mobile order. Store locked their doors at 830p. Not aware or notified. Went through drive thru to pick up, only to be told that they had no dark meat for my order (50/50 was optioned picked) Zero explanation. The handler didn't care. Didn't offer any sort of customer experience, it was more a matter of fact, too bad and closed the window. My 9 yr old said "well, guess we won't be back here" She's right. 90% of the white meat we got was the size of a silver dollar. This place rocks!

Waited 10 minutes at the drive through and had to let them know I was there. Asked if they have the 10 pc dark meat bucket still. Told let me see if we can do that for you. At 4 in the afternoon, why wouldn't you? Get the bucket. Get home and it is all thighs. No legs. One wing. And so greasy.
Didn’t give us our sauces, no gravy on our side of mashed potatoes, absolutely drenched one of our sandwiches in mayo where it couldn’t be eaten.

I got the chicken pot pie. It was my third one that I have bought lately. First one had chicken bones in it. Second one had pieces of the white bone under the chicken breast. Third one was the worst. It only had two very small chicken pieces in it. You get the chicken pot pie , because it has chicken in it. But this last one was like a vegetable pot pie.. I will not be buying anymore chicken there. I'll go to giant eagle.

Chicken consistency is rarely there. Coleslaw freshness is hit or miss. I used to love KFC. They might have forgotten how to use a timer on their chicken. Dry as a dessert. Absolutely not acceptable

We had a great experience at this KFC everything was clean. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was very courteous, friendly, and attentive. Added bonus, they had the lemon cake ,which was very tasty and fresh. Great job to their staff there. We appreciated your hard work.
Parking: My mother is ♿️ and we were able to park in a non ♿️ space and still make it inside with ease because it was close.
