Went there for my anniversary to enjoy a nice dinner. When our salads came out, I took one bite and saw something odd- turns out it was a bug in the salad! Which I understand happens but people should be checking before they serve the customer and it leaves the kitchen. Then it took the manager a long time to even come to the table. All she said sometimes that happens with the “spring mix” then dinner came out- I asked for no sour cream on my baked potato and it came with extra, looking down at my plate again something looked off and then I realized they forgot the lobster tail with my steak. All in all I was so disappointed we have never had a bad experience there. The appetizer we had was comp off the bill but still was a pricey dinner after a bug and my food being wrong and it missing

Went here a lot with no problems but our last visit was pretty awful. Work on inventory and training new dish washers and staff and u might be good to go again but I don't think I'll be back to this specific location for a while. After u didn't have lemon or coffee, I said, if they don't have one more thing let's just leave. I had already felt that my cup was dirty and crusty but they brought out the bread and appetizer plates. It was not busy when we were there but the plates were still wet from being dunked in dirty, green and brown 'colored' water and still visibly dirty all over to the point we ate our bread off of a napkin and my son's dad wiped all the silverware on his clothing. The waitress brought my strawberry salad and THEN said "sorry we are out of strawberries" so I guess I paid for lettuce. The dressing at this specific location has not been good lately like at other locations so the strawberries make it tolerable. I might not have been so upset Abt the strawberries if the dishes weren't already dirty which caused a lot of fear and anxiety while eating. So the woman said she'd bring more bread which was to make up for the lack of strawberries I think, but she never actually came back with it. I don't think she was entirely with it that day. She didn't ask my kid if he needed ketchup or anything. We didn't feel like leaving much of a tip then but the waitress asked if we wanted change and told us what our bill was....it was like she knew she wouldn't get a big tip if she didn't put us on the spot like that. We also felt rushed to get out of there. The one pro is they have a good price on steak on the kids' menu and my son LOVED his steak.
We had a good time. Our steaks came out well. Food came out fast. Service was great. Store was clean & so was the bathrooms.

We called a few days ahead of time to make reservations for fourteen. The Manager told us they don't take reservations, but he will do his best to accommodate us.Before we went inside, as we were looking for a place to park, the Manager called and said our tables were ready.We all started showing up at different times. And we all received excellent service.We had kids in our party and the waitresses made them feel comfortable and even sat down with them, at times.Our salads came out, and as usual, they were delicious.Then our meals arrived. They were all cooked to perfection.I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken and it was delicious. I ordered the bigger plate and it was too much food. I took half of it home. They brought out plenty of bread and butter. It was warm and delicious.The Manager visited our tables a couple of times and he made us feel welcome.We were all very grateful for him accommodating us. He had two large tables, side by side, waiting for us.We ended up having twenty people, and the Manager still accommodated us.I highly recommend this Longhorn for their exceptional service and delicious food.And for the Manager that made our time there very special.I regret not getting his name, as I would surely post it proudly.We will be dining here on a regular basis from now on.I'd like to mention, for our special occasion, we were allowed to bring a cake. Most restaurants frown on that.Longhorn does it right. And very delicious too.Kid-friendliness: The waitresses were very friendly to our kids, even sitting with them, at times.
We do takeout from here often, but I had an evening meeting and my wife was out and between finishing at the office and going to my meeting I had some time to stop in for a quick meal. The staff is always kind and service is quick. My steak was perfect and I still made it early to my meeting.Keep up the good work.
