The service at this store has been consistently bad for a while now, and it doesn’t seem to be improving.
Orders are wrong way too often, even when they’re simple. It’s gotten to the point where we feel like we have to study the receipt and check every item before we leave, just to make sure we’re not missing something. That shouldn’t be necessary.

The manager on duty today was really rude and snippy with the other workers and guests. One girl working was just trying to mop up a drink spill and the manager was really rude to her and was berating her in front of customers. Customers who ordered before me said manager was rude to them as well. Short, middle aged lady with blonde hair in a pony tail.
They always forget to put sugar in coffee. 3rd time already.
