I don't even know what to say. Not only is the wait time crazy here and the orders wrong, 90% of the employees behind the counter are not clean at all. No gloves, no hair nets, and the worst of all was the African American man who had his pants completely below his butt and his underwear completely showing with his hand on it WHILE he was putting food on the tray. The woman by the fries had her hair in front of her and it was hanging right over top of the fries. I felt sick to my stomach knowing todays employees were in charge of food preparation and handling. The week before todays visit, we waited over 25 minutes at the counter and NOBODY came to offer help even though they acknowledged our presence there. They couldn't even fix the order they messed up on. It's just a mess and this location needs to be shut down or under new management immediately. Never again will I come to this location.

Honestly it seems like they don’t have enough people working from 6-10 pm on weekends. I normally need to wait for easy orders. It has also been hit or miss on order correctness.

We sat in the mobile pickup for at least 30 minutes and ended up having to go in and wait at least another 10 minutes, the Happy Meal was supposed to have two orders of fries and only gave one and the chicken products were burnt. Quickly becoming the worst McDonald's in Medina and this isn't the first time at this location. I understand teenagers needing work experience, but they're not even doing the job correctly. I didn't even get lettuce on my McChicken.
This one has to be by far the worst I've been to two days they have screwed my order up in a row

Extremely slow service they always pull you forward even if it’s a single fry they need to teach there employees how to move faster and truly do there jobs and stop worrying so much about there line times but then again if it didn’t take an employee 5min to put one sticker on a bag they wouldn’t have such a big issue with there times

The service at this store has been consistently bad for a while now, and it doesn’t seem to be improving.
Orders are wrong way too often, even when they’re simple. It’s gotten to the point where we feel like we have to study the receipt and check every item before we leave, just to make sure we’re not missing something. That shouldn’t be necessary.
On top of that, the staff is often rude and clearly not paying attention. I’m not expecting over-the-top friendliness, but basic courtesy and competence should be the bare minimum. Instead, it feels like no one cares about getting things right or treating customers with respect.
To make things worse, wait times in the drive-through are usually 10 to 15 minutes for standard orders! That kind of delay makes no sense for a place that’s supposed to be fast food.
This location really needs help. I hope someone takes this seriously and steps in to fix what’s clearly a pattern, not a one-time mistake.
