Another slow day at this McDonald’s. Not sure why I always have problems with this location when it gets later in the afternoon (7-9). Anyway, after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru I pulled away. Once I got home I gave the location a call and the manager on staff informed me they were short staffed (again). Obviously it is disappointing since McDonald’s has continued to increase prices year after year however has not improved service at this specific location. Avoid this location if you can.

Day after Christmas. I only one saw other customer car and my food was still banging hot and fresh. fresh hot fries for one is unheard of now a days

After ordering here multiple times, I can say with confidence that you should NOT order coffee here, they consistently for the past 20 orders havent mixed a single drink that ive ordered leaving me to try and mix it with a straw and a highly restrictive lid making the drink taste unfinished

We got food curbside. Waited an additional 25 minutes after I was prompted that my food was ready. Got home and noticed it was missing the nuggets for my 10pc and the Big Mac for my number one. So basically 2 fries and a kids meal is what I received. I called the store and the lady was very rude and told me she couldn’t help because I used the app. The app clearly states to contact the store for refunds. So I’m now having to dispute charges because McDonald’s employees don’t care to make things right. Try another store because this one isn’t it anymore.

Ordered nuggets… and when I bit into one there was a bone. Do not recommend going to this McDonald’s
Waited in line for 10mins(that’s fine) got to the kiosk to order food, was told to give them a minute but ended up waited another 30 with no one having there orders being taken(mind you two lines with like 5 cars). When our order was finally taken(by the manager) she was arguing with the workers at the same time. Got to the window and she is just stressing out, complaining, ranting, saying things to the staff. Very unprofessional and definitely not manager material. Oh and on top of that after paying we sat here for 10+ mins to get our food.

Ordered on app and paid ahead of time, pulled into the drive thru with 3 cars and they told me they were the manager and stopping orders until they could catch up. We told her we didn’t mind waiting and we were rudely told that she had no idea how long it was going to take. Never got the food I paid for.

This McDonald’s has officially set the bar for the worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had. They couldn’t even get the basics right: wrong change and not a receipt in sight. That should’ve been my warning.
While I was waiting outside for my order, the bottom of the bag ripped and my food went straight onto the ground. And instead of acting like a restaurant with even a shred of standards, they literally scooped the food off the pavement, tossed it back in the bag, and tried to hand it to me like that was normal. Disgusting doesn’t even begin to cover it.
Then they “forgot” one of my items, and when they finally handed it over, it was burnt, smelled horrible, and looked like it belonged in a trash can — not in a customer’s hands. A health inspector would have a field day here.
The manager on duty was the worst part. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. All she could say was “stuff happens, I’m doing my best,” while blaming me for things I didn’t do. If that’s her “best,” this location is in serious trouble.
This place is a joke — unsafe, unprofessional, and completely careless. If you value your money, your time, or your health, avoid this location at all costs.
manager also said corporate doesn't care because it's a locally owned franchise so if thats true they are abusing the mcdonalds name. the owner should be ashamed of himself for this kind of establishment. im not the onky one look at the ratings.

This is by far this worst McDonald’s I’ve been to the staff is always rude and always giving me attitude every time I ask for bacon the always give me uncooked looking bacon it’s always just a horrible experience the only reason why I even stop at this location is because it’s close but it’s not even worth it anymore if I could give no stars I would.
