I eat McDonald's, maybe one to two times a month. On this visit, I ordered a Big Mac and was shocked at the size of my sandwich. It was much smaller and flatter than the last sandwich I ordered a month ago about an hour from this location. Did something change recently because this was my first time at this location.

At the drive thru I had to repeat my order. Not twice. Three times. I speak loudly and clearly. So it definitely wasn't a lack of volume on my part. When I get to the window she reads the order back. That's fair. That means they're gonna get it right...WRONG. So after waiting for quite some time she finally handed me the bag. Time to roll! Finally! I pull forward and reach into the bag. They put my buddy's food in the bag but forgot my 2 hamburgers. I'm an hour from home and exhausted. I beat on the locked door which got me nowhere. So I had no choice but to get back in the drive thru line and wait FOREVER to get back to the window. No one answered the intercom when I pulled up to it even though they were still open. When I get there I say "You forgot half my order." She said, ”I didn't take your order." (Keep in mind she's the only one working this window.) So after very slowly explaining what was missing she handed me 2 hamburgers. No bag or anything... Why would you bag them? Not a single apology or "Sorry for your inconvenience." She doesn't say a word. The only thing she did was deny accountability & responsibility. She didn't give a rat's backside. I realize stuff happens but a certain level of courtesy and service is expected when buying a product from a company. Even if it is McDonald's. I DO NOT recommend this location. It's not the first time they've messed up my order and not given 1/2 a $#!+. There's lots of other choices along this strip. I would recommend ANY OF THEM over this joke of a McDonald's. A simple apology would have prevented this review. No need to respond. It will not be changed. Great job!!!

I wish i had never heard of Mcdonalds. I can't believe people serve this poison to their children.
Normally, I don't have a problem with going to a McDonalds during breakfast or dinner rush. This location is now on my "no go" list. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru line to get a milkshake.
Staff was taking orders through both drive-thru stations, but the first window was not staffed. I could hear people giving their orders, and the staff member sounded like she just was not there. It appeared she didn't understand half of what she heard and was extremely slow.

This is now the 3rd time i have ordered from here and my food is not right, today they forget a 10 piece nugget and made my burger wrong. It's pointless to call because by the time I get off work and go get the correction I am met with rudness and Noone has a record of calling. Idk why I keep going here. Do not recommend at all.
