It took 1/2 hour for 1 cup of iced coffee. We went inside bc the drive thru was not moving. She then told us we had to go through drive through since that is how we ordered, WHAT? So much for the customer, just wanted a coffee in less than an hour.

Doubt the store manager will read this but you have forgotten how cash works. Place an order at a kiask go to the counter where they never check. Then the shift manager asks have you been taken care of. Yes placed an order have not paid. This rude manager takes my cash and says now it is in the system. She goes gets it my shake and calls me a hole and after they exchange tells me don't come back. Best advice yet. Will NEVER go to this location again.
I wish I could give a better review than 1 ⭐️. As I think it’s wonderful they employ teenagers and young adults. Unfortunately, I cannot due to the poor experience and lack of consistency in preparation of food. We have went here frequently and specifically for breakfast and lunch. The staff can’t seem to take direction well even though their ticket/receipt clearly states what the order should be. Not only do they continue to make the same mistakes multiple times with putting cheese on things not requested or having old fries and chicken nuggets. And when I say old meaning it doesn’t taste fresh. I believe management needs to focus an attention to detail with staff, listening and execution of meal preparation. Again, I wish I could give them more credit for employing teenagers and young adults. However, they are not training them well or they just don’t care about quality or service. And please have them throw out old food sooner and not just place it under the warmer. We can taste the difference and if your changing the grease or oil appropriately.

Ordered 3 cheeseburgers, all 3 were lukewarm, slapped together very sloppy. Nobody at the counter, kiosk only. Kiosk did not print receipt so we couldn't tell where we were on the order board. Mcdonald's food quality has gone to the bottom of the barrel as the prices have gotten way out of line Customer service is a thing of the past.
