I think his name is Jeremiah… He was very polite and very conscientious. He did a great job.

The Maintenance crew at this location is Top of the line! I put a work request for three items that I thought were impossible to fix, which management immediately sent over their best trouble shooter. Casey arrived, diagnosed all three issues and was gone an hour later. The old maintenance crew told me one of the issues was not repairable, and I lived with it for a year. Casey fixed it in 15 minutes. Exemplary Service!

I had a minor issue with a leak out of the back of the shower faucet after hours last night. After being patched through to Maurice for after-hours emergencies, he assured me he would be happy to come out as he was still in the general area and hurried over to handle the issue immediately. It was not a simple fix by any means, but Maurice worked diligently and was courteous the entire time. Sorry to keep you so late, Maurice, but thank you so much for all your hard work!

The office staff Daphne ,Heather is very nice and helpful , you can definitely tell they care about their community. Very glad that we decided to move here. The apartment itself is beautiful.Feels like home. Clean, quiet, pet friendly and close to everything you'll ever need or want. If you get a place here you wont ever want to leave.

No issues with the apartment itself. The “fitness center” is really lacking. Broken equipment, lack of useful equipment, missing dumbbells. Carpet looks kinda gross would be better off putting in rubber mat floor or laminate it’s much easier to clean and more sanitary

I have lived here for a few months with my boyfriend. The complex is big and spacious but I'll be honest, I liked my old place better. First thing, you can NOT call the emergency maintenance. Anytime you go to the main menu, it'll say dial 3 for emergency maintenance and then it'll HANG UP. Every single time. My boyfriend had a wasp infestation before I moved in and he had to handle it HIMSELF. There were wasps literally IN HIS HOME, IN HIS BEDROOM. We have loose outlets all over the place, he had had maintenance once before come by to fix his towel rack, that didn't work! So we have no towel rack, Mold all over our bathroom, loose outlets, loose handles for our doors, our closet hanging even RIPPED out of our wall last month. Thank gosh we knew someone who was able to install it PROPERLY and safely into the studs of the wall which were not previously installed into. Not even to mention that another time maintenance WALKED INTO OUR HOME with no warning, no call, WALKED IN to go to our back patio to check something out when he could've EASILY walked around the building. I definitely called to complain about this! Considering he didnt walk into ANYONE else's home that we knew in our building. Only ours. Everything he was looking for could be accessed from outside. Not even to mention NOBODY cleans the dog park, its astounding how much poop is in there. Which, in fairness, is definitely lazy owners but come on? Someone has to keep everything clean?? Overall, our apartment is okay, but truly, if we had a huge emergency, and I am hoping we won't, I don't feel as though we would even be able to get ahold of maintenance.

Very nice place

DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Filed BBB and HUD complaints due to uninhabitable move-in conditions. Paid $4,200 before unit was livable. Unsafe conditions, no compensation, and management ignores tenants. Directly negatively impacted my mental health.

Terrible place and corporation! I was horrified to find severe mold when living there, they patched things up. The whole building had issues. Didn't offer another unit to move to, instead had to stay in this unit and a hotel a few days until I had funds to move out of the health hazard. We felt sick in here and haf asthma issues. They did not want to deal with the issues correctly. BAD PROBLEMS HERE!!!!!!!!!! As for the response to remediating and addressing concerns by Mallards Crossing staff and parent company you were given many chances to do such. They talked to me like it was no big deal. It was not handled properly, especially for safety and health of tenants. I found out talking to other in the building they had similar issues they were covered up. Really bad situation!!!

Being elderly, I am very happy and satisfied with both the maintenance and office. They are very helpful and nice. I highly recommend Mallard's Crossing.

This is the place to be! Let me tell you why!
First come first serve parking baby! Visitors get the sweet spots and residents get to park in visitor parking! It's awesome. Residents use their garages as storage facilities so you're almost guaranteed to have to search for a spot. Nobody picks up their dog turds so there's a solid chance you end up with dookie shoes. The shutters have been hanging off the building I live in for a couple of years now. $1,500 a month gets you all of that.
