Miss Molly’s is the place to go for Mother’s Day. Great food, fantastic ambiance and Mom will love it!

Had a girls outing to Miss Molly’s Tea House. My granddaughters were so excited to go. Great experience and nice setting. Reason not 5 stars wish our server looked as happy to be there as my grandkids.

Reservations made months before today's time of 1pm. 2 tables total of 20 people. Seated at 1pm. Food order was not taken until 2:15pm. Food arrived at 3pm. If place cannot handle this many people in a timely manner, don't book the reservation.

Although we had a reservation for 2:30, we were not seated until almost 3:00. The overworked hostess was also the only person busing tables. She was pleasant and as apologetic as she could be as she worked very hard to do both jobs. During this lengthy wait, we were lined up in a crowded hallway,
constantly trying to make room for those trying to access the restrooms and those trying to leave. Once we were seated, it was 20 minutes before our server was able to help us. She also was very overworked. The ambiance was not what we expected. The attached photos show that the area around us needed to be vacuumed., cleaning supplies left on a ledge next to our table., along with a dirty knife. Right next to us was a fundraiser/ silent auction for the salvation army's benefit. A barberton chicken house would have a better atmosphere for dining. The hostess came by to check on us a few times, with continued apologies, and she gave us complimentary scones. The positives were that the server and the hostess were pleasant and apologetic. The food was very good as was the tea.

The hostess recommended that we don't come by on weekends during the christmas season. Her recommendation was that we come by in January, or on weekdays in december.

Just left. Was having a glorious time with my friend and her two children 2 and 6. Until a patron, an older woman, came over because the 2 yr old had a toy that made very little noise. We had called ahead to make sure it was child friendly. It is not! Apparently tea rooms aren't the place for children especially here. The teaspoons hitting the cups made more noise.Again NOT child friendly

It has been years since I have been here. The atmosphere was calm and the restaurant was not crowded (it was a Sunday). The food was served quickly. I brought guests who had soup, sandwiches, and the vegetable lasagna as well as hoy tea. Everything was beautifully plated and served at the proper temperature. Our server was pleasant and attentive to our needs.
I would very much like to return for the holidays!

Food is amazing
I have never seen servers work as hard; kind, customer service ++++
On the day we went, it was obvious this delightful tea room was severely understaffed; yet our server made sure our tea and coffee cups were always full

Great visit with our server doing double duty, hostess and server. Chicken salad puff is always a favorite and the seasonal squash soup as well. We also sampled the banana walnut scones and they were delicious!

Visited for lunch with a friend and enjoyed this very cute Victorian decorated tea room. The Christmas tea was delicious and the wait staff was very cordial.

We had reservations and they tried to set three of us at a tiny table right at the entrance where one of us would be sitting in the walkway for people to come and go. The did get us a table proper size and not in isle which was encouraging however we were told when we tired to order high tea we needed to have a special reservation which we were not told at time of the original reservation on the phone. Whatever that’s cool. We ordered other food that was very good. The worst part of the day was when My granddaughter’s chair broke right from under her and they literally said nothing. No apologies, nothing. She is 40 pounds and very well behaved yet we paid $15 for her lunch and a broken chair. Her mother, my daughter, was so upset she couldn’t eat and even cried at one point. And still nothing. The food was good, teas delicious however the owner himself was rude and the staff acted like it was the norm. This older gentleman was very rude and never even tried to make it right…apology would have been plenty. Wow!!! Don’t bother. We will not be back!

Called the day before to get a reservation..received a call back to tell me they couldn't give me the noon slot, but they had 11:45 or 12:15. I took the latter, only to get there 5 minutes early, then the hostess said oh you're early then tells me they don't have my reservation. Finally get seated, saw the waitress 1 time to take our drink order, never offered refills, then brings us our checks. $28 per person later, we leave, won't be going back. Very disappointed.
