The service was horrible. Waitress was horrible. We were there 2.5 hrs. We were told they were short on help. No apologies. Plus they added a tip on our bill. I am afraid they lost some business that day. We were not the only ones upset.

If you love everything Victorian, as I do, you will love this quant little place. You will feel as if you stepped back in time with their decor, staff, food, and fancy little tea pots. It's a great place to take your kids for a real tea party, but dont expect to buy them burgers and fries. They have a lovely little gift shop as well. Be sure to call ahead to make reservations. They are only open a few hours a day. It was pretty full shortly after we arrived, yet a quiet place to enjoy tea of your choice and a scone. I suggest you check out their menu online before deciding to go. I had a cucumber salad, chicken salad on a lettuce wrap, and a raspberry scone as well as loose leaf ginger peach tea. All were delicious! The price is comparable to a mid level restaurant. I highly recommend Miss Molly's Tea Room.Kid-friendliness: Children who are laid back and aren't picky eaters and love tea parties will love it.

Came in for tea shop and supplies for my husband. Daughter wanted to browse and then sit for afternoon tea. After we checked out, my husband was approached by an older man in gift shop asking why he was taking a photo of shop. My husband stated he does google review his visits on our family adventures on trips. He said " oh! Nice" but was rude at first. We left for the tea room no one greeted us 15 min waiting full room we left. Daughter very disappointed ? we are from Avon area, and it was her last vacation day before returning bk to school. We were not impressed with outdated decor, and dusty hallway misleading areas and it needs some new dated scenery. We miss the tearoom that was in Medina/brunswick area Pearl rd Tearoom from before. Sad. Many showers and sunday brunches there and nice ladies.

It is wonderful! I cannot say how much I love this place! I am originally from outwest and I love this place! I moved from out west (AZ) in 2006. Nothing like Miss Molly's is even available. I truly wish I could have been able to take my three daughters to a place as wonderful as Miss Molly's when they were young. Not to mention, taking my grandma who basically raised me, she would have ABSOLUTELY loved the experience. Thank you for all you do to give me and anyone I know an experience of a lifetimethat would love your place.

I love coming here with friends. Everyone is so nice and I have not had anything here I did not like! Just make sure you call and make reservations. Parking is available beside the building and there is plenty of public parking nearby too.

They offer a variety of dishes, both meat and vegetarian. If I'm not mistaken, you can choose gluten-free. All the soups and meals I tried were delicious. Even though the dishes don't look big enough, however, I always left Miss Molly's full. Full enough not to have any kind of dessert. However, their scones are so good that I can't just pass on them ?They also have a store with a variety of cups, teapots, tea, soaps, some accessories, and some kitchen items.

I went to Mrs Molly’s today for high tea. There were so many tea options. The food was delicious. We were a larger group and there was some confusion on orders and paying but it was all worked out.

Went this afternoon for the high tea. I had the pomegranate tea, delish!! The pimento sandwich was my favorite! Was with a large group and the owner came and gave us a little talk on the history of Miss Molly's. Highly recommend!

Really enjoy afternoon tea, been doing it with my wife for years and it may not have alot of men who have self confidence to step into a tea place but let me tell you, after going to war I learned something about myself, life's too short to care about social requirements, do what you want enjoy what you enjoy, and afternoon tea is a woman's hidden secret, so if you have a date maybe give it a try, one of our first dates was a tea house and trust me my first time I thought i was wayyy to manly to be doing tea houses! Now after 15 years together I'll say best choice I made however I won't say I didn't have those thoughts, now we tea house all over the world, Hawaii (my home) Japan, Egypt. Many more. Miss Molly's was fantastic and among some of the top places I've been to in the US thus far, like that they have both tje tea tower thing and regular menu items. It was my mom's first tea house experience as well and she was quite pleased

I came here on a Saturday. They had a sign that stated, "we are not taking any walk-ins or reservations today." The lady upfront was nice about it and was sorry. I tried coming back again, this time on a Thursday, and they had the same sign again on their door. I wished their website or Google had an update as to recommend reservations days before. Wasted two days coming here to try to get in. Probably short staffed. I probably will not try to come here again. Disappointed.
