One older lady running all over the place while the younger workers turtled around. Really cold in the restaurant. Forgot to make my cafe latte. Great food, but kinda pricey.

My husband ordered over $60 worth of food from this Panera. When we got home — 25 minutes away — we discovered that all of our sandwiches were missing. He called right away and was told to come back the next day for a refund.
When my husband drove back through a winter blizzard after work today. The manager refused to refund the soups and sandwiches unless we brought the soup back. We had already thrown it away because it wasn’t a meal without the sandwiches (pick 2) and we were never told we needed to save it.
The general manager repeatedly said she couldn’t refund the soups and only the sandwiches because “it’s not store policy.” So even though Panera forgot half the order and made the rest unusable, they would only refund the sandwiches.
Terrible customer service and completely unreasonable policy.

This is the Asiago cheese bagel I received today from Panera in Medina OH. I received 6 of these. Very disappointed in the quality. They were burnt and dried out. I went through the drive through and asked to have the dozen bagels I ordered sliced NONE of which were sliced. Very poor quality of product and customer service

It's pretty hard to burn soup but this location seems to do it on a regular basis. Turn down the heat and stir occasionally.

my previous review is hilaarious. seems like mamagement turned it around but him here again from a negative experience so keeping the stars where they are.
Simple: I got a BLT with extra lettuce extra tomato. I received a BLT light lettuce no tomato.
I mean it is what it is 1/5. Making sandwhiches is harddd
It's your typical Panera. Hate the 2 separate ordering areas and menus. Never know where to go but easily figured out.

We ordered for my wife, broccoli cheddar soup and the cranberry chicken salad sandwich. She said that it was good but the lettuce and tomato overpowered the chicken salad. I had the autumn squash soup and bacon tomato but sandwich. I enjoyed that. The eating area was rather cool. Felt like a window was open.

I love the food but the service has gotten terrible. No one wants to take my order. I went in to place an order for bagels tonight and was waiting at the bread counter to order. I waited for the girl behind the counter to acknowledge I was there and when she started to walk away I asked if I could place an order and she told me she would take my order at the other counter. So I followed her over to the soup/sandwich counter only to have to wait in another line behind a man with a long list. Just to order bagels? I left without placing an order. The last time I was there I went through the drive thru and waited in line for over 20 minutes on my lunch break for my food. The time before that, I went inside to place an order with no one in line, I asked a lady if I could place an order and she told me she was too busy and I could use the kiosk....I left! Apparently you do not care any more about your customers so I will NOT be back! I'll go somewhere that wants my business. Do Better Panaras or you won't have any customers left!!
They gave my kids meal a rotten apple.
