This morning stopped and got a drink and PB&G bowl before heading to work. I got to work and realized, the lady never put yogurt in the bowl….i was extremely disappointed to eat my bowl and a main ingredient was missing…..

I really like Pulp smoothies overall and want to write a positive review... However, I'm only eating 3 stars due to lack of consistency. For instance, I love the protein packer, but it's a 50/50 shot if I'm going to get a flavorful one with lots of peanut butter or the watered-down version. It seems like when they're busy, they cut corners and don't measure things properly. Heck last time I went there wasn't even anyone else in there and I still got cruddy smoothie - mostly milk and lumpy/icy. I'd rather wait a few minutes longer and get a quality smoothie. IF I go back, I am no longer leaving tips at check-out. I always try to tip generously, only to get a half-assed smoothie and I'm getting tired of it. 😕

As my first time at this pulp I was very turned off by the lady who made my food.after seeing her touch a lot of things other than my food that was clearly dirty or just not cleaned properly i asked that she chang her gloves before continuing making my wrap and i told her why and she threw the tomatoes that was going on my wrap back in the container with an attitude and I explained that I wasn't trying to ruffled any feathers or to offend her but I am the one eating that wrap and dnt want to get sick or anything worse by unsanitary things being touched while she is making my wrap and her reason for having an attitude was because of all that she had to do in the store by herself and I simply said that is no reason to act like that especially whole making my food ,nevertheless I will never go there again...safety food servis gloves are there to protect the customer from any and all possible things that's bad and for her not to understand that or where I was coming from telling her what was real that says something about that person and the company who hired her .

The smoothie was great although the workers were all sitting on their phones. Even one tan blonde girl took my order while sitting on her phone. Considering I was their only customer and there was three of them not even acknowledging me was rude. Not a good atmosphere.

The two girls working today are so sweet and amazing. The girl with the nose ring I never have to tell her my order she has it memorized. They are both so kind! Highly recommend this place when you need a pick me up and the smoothies are the best.

The lady taking my order was so rude! She had a red shirt and hair braided to side. I thanked her and she rolled her eyes and didn’t say anything back!

I get the same protein packer everytime and it is different Everytime. I got one today and it tasted like nothing. I told the girl at the front that it tasted off and she said it was because I got extra whey. I get extra whey every single time and it never tastes like water. Trash experience here.
