We used to enjoy this place,but last visit was extremely disappointing. Took almost 30 minutes to get our food, there were only 2 of us and 2 other tables.
My wife asked for the spicy BBQ wing sauce on her burger, if it was on there she never tastes it,was supposed to be one of the hotter sauces. My wings were OK, but the mango habanero dry rub wings tasted like plain wings. Little to no spice at all. I was starving though, so I ate most of them.
Overall just a poor experience. Server was nice enough, but that's about it.

Sara was great!!! I have food allergies and she made sure the food wasn't cross contaminated and checked everything I ordered to make sure. The manager was helpful as well. We'll definitely be back!!
I visited Quaker Steak & Lube on a Sunday, expecting it to be busy, but we were seated right away. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a fried egg and fries. The burger was cooked perfectly, and the fries were just right, not too salty. I was completely satisfied with my meal. My wife had a salad with chicken, and while she found the chicken a bit rubbery and dry, the salad was still enjoyable overall.
The only unusual thing was that it seemed like the staff spent a lot of time in the back, and no one was actively managing the bar, which was a little odd. Also, the floor around our table was rather sticky—maybe someone spilled a drink—my sneakers kept sticking, LOL. Despite that, I would definitely visit again!

We decided to give it one more try. After the last few times of coming here, including last night, the service was incredibly slow due to understaffing, the poor cooks had to come and serve, and ONE waitress was tending half of the floor plus the bar (there was no server for the other half, it was cooks!) The food was cold, damp, dry and sad. Your quality has totally tanked and whoever is managing this place should be embarrassed. We didn't make any complaints to our server because it was not her fault whatsoever. Plus your prices are downright outrageous for the crap that is served. I still can't believe we spent what we spent last night on a simple dinner of two adults and two kids. Last time I'm ever wasting a dime at your restaurant.

We asked to speak to the manager - she didn’t ask if we wanted our food remade just said they would comp the bill. I’ve never experienced this poor of service and didn’t even get an apology or explanation. It used to a go to spot but will not be going back.

Very tasty grilled chicken salad with wild berry poppy seed dressing. Great tasting breaded cauliflower (tasted like chicken wings). Jacey was a very attentive, fast friendly server.
