Definitely dont want to go here when the air head boy kid and the green haired girl is working they’ll talk and talk and make your order that was supposed to take 8 minutes take 20 and made a mess at the end making it take longer and then just thanking me for waiting lol. Just terrible.

Whoever just took our order id like to say you were extremely rude, you answered the speaker “what do you want” like we were bothering you. We reiterated the order for you because you were half listening. Then you proceed to mess up our order, we asked for two large and you gave us one small and when we looked at the receipt you messed up the order.
I don’t know where you can go to find an easier job but obviously this is too hard for you to be nice and get an order correct

I have never had any issues in the past, but my boyfriend ordered a hot mocha and it was nice that they put the stopper inside; however the lid was bent from pressing on it. When he went to go drink out of it, it spilled on his hand, all over his truck!

I was greeted by a lovely lady I believe her name was Lydia, she was wearing a cute dinosaur bandana, she was very kind to my mom and I, making sure we got the best drinks possible, the workers were fast and did there job well. Overall if you meet a girl named Lydia at this Starbucks just know you’ll get the best service ever!!!

As always, the service was great. The staff was friendly, the drinks were perfect. And then my mom and I walked out. Trying to open the door I spilled my mom's coffee on my arm burning myself and dropping her drink. I went back in to get napkins to clean up myself and my mom's car door. The barista asked if I was ok. Then she asked if the drink was ok. I told her I spilt half my mom's coffee. Without hesitation she repeated my mom's complicated COMPLICATED order and set about remaking it. Her name was Ty (spelled phonetically). Ty, if you see this, I appreciated you!!! What you did for my mom, thank you does NOT cover my appreciation!
I frequent the Medina location on N. Court weekly. The employees there are always very nice and helpful. Never had a bad experience. My gripe is about the prices of the coffee going up more. A medium Americano was 3.95 and jumped to 4.25 now! When they say inflation is coming down, I do not see it. The prices here are already to expensive and when you have a coffee shop around practically every corner of the area, why would I continue to pay these prices? I am done for now.

I frequent the Medina location on N. Court weekly. The employees there are always very nice and helpful. Never had a bad experience. My gripe is about the prices of the coffee going up more. Their coffee is so incredibly bitter that it’s just nasty to even try to drink… ordered a bacon and egg sandwich only to find the bacon was not even cooked. Saw them pull the sandwich out of a plastic bag to heat up. Just not good at all.
