There is no way for me to get my drink made correctly here even with it being on the ticket everyday I get my coffee from here I have to go across the street to the gas station to get the extra ice that I asked for the Target down the street makes a better cup of coffee and a latte then the stand-alone Starbucks site

Stopped here while my daughter was taking a test and they were accommodating with my hanging out for an hour. The gentleman waiting on me was great with helping me with my drink order. Clean facility. Thankful for outdoor seating as very limited indoor seating without any availability.

I always get a coffee from here when I leave my Dr. Office 1x/mo. It’s my little treat to myself haha. Anyway, every single time I come to this location I’m always having to mix up the syrup flavor that’s just pumped into the cup. It’s never mixed up. Always a think nasty paste at the bottom. When I get home I mix it up but then my cold foam is all mixed in as well. And for me this ruins my drinking experience of all the flavors. If you’re making drinks at any food chain, it should be ready to drink. I shouldn’t have to wait for my entire 30 minute drive home, or ask for a stray, when I leave to mix it up myself. It should be fully prepared to consume. Otherwise I don’t come here often. 2/5 for me. They’re consistent with this in every coffee or drink they make. Just mix it up, not that hard.

As a Pacific Northwest native, I’ve not always been a fan of Starbucks, because I prefer to patronize small, local businesses. But I do love this Starbucks location.
Ordered a small iced chai latte. What I got was about 4 sips of coffee, the rest was all ice, for $5.95. Never again

Definitely dont want to go here when the air head boy kid and the green haired girl is working they’ll talk and talk and make your order that was supposed to take 8 minutes take 20 and made a mess at the end making it take longer and then just thanking me for waiting lol. Just terrible.

Whoever just took our order id like to say you were extremely rude, you answered the speaker “what do you want” like we were bothering you. We reiterated the order for you because you were half listening. Then you proceed to mess up our order, we asked for two large and you gave us one small and when we looked at the receipt you messed up the order.
I don’t know where you can go to find an easier job but obviously this is too hard for you to be nice and get an order correct
