Just brought home a medium Pumpkin Spice Latte and a Vanilla Latte (9/27/2024 @ 8:10 am). The Pumpkin Spice Latte felt liter so I opened it up and it was only 3/4 full but the Vanilla was completely full. Is it too much to ask for a full cup of "steamed milk" for the rip off price of $6.

Be sure to have your rewards card ready. Cashier (Ella) didn’t ask for mine even though I had my phone in hand. When I asked her about using my rewards card she said it was too late and there was nothing she could do to change/fix it. Cashiers have ALWAYS asked for my card before processing the payment. ?
