They don’t take Subway coupons despite sending them out in the local community. Without accepting coupons, it’s not worth the prices.

If I could give them a negative number I would! I placed a catering order on a Friday afternoon to be picked up on Saturday evening. The order came to over $96, and was to feed the people helping me move on Sunday morning. At 3:00 I received a text that my order would be ready for pickup at 6:00. On my way to get the order, I received a text saying my money was refunded and could not be filled. I got to subway and they said it was not approved by upper management. I called the 800 number and they said the business was unresponsive so the order was never processed. I am now left without anything to feed 12 people tomorrow because everything is packed away for the move in the morning. I am livid! This is so unprofessional and very poor customer service!

I've been to a lot of subways , this was by far the worth experience. The 3 young employees have no customer service, or even knowledge of the restraunt/menu. They also said they were throwing a whole oven of bread away because they opened it 1,000 times and now it won't bake properly . I'd fire the 3 of them and find someone who cares about their job.

Center of sub cold, when I asked about it instead of making a new one they took the sub and put it back in the toaster oven..

The food is normal as always but the ladies they have working the evening shift currently are very unprofessional. I had them make my sandwich and while I was paying and they were packing it up most of the toppings fell out. When I got home I was shocked to see all that was left was meat. I came back and demanded it be remade and the 2 girls snickered in the background the whole time the manager was remaking it. When ordering keep an eye on when they package it up, so that way you don’t have to make another trip out when you get home and realize they let everything fall out.

I ordered 2 regular Supreme meats subs and one of them barely had any meat and toppings. The one on the left looks like it normally does and the one on the right is pathetic. This is absolutely unacceptable.
