Truly prefer the other one on 42 at Reagan. This one usually screws up order somehow. Last time was charged $3 for double meat on the $2 double protein special when asked for it. Employees said it was programmed into the register. If so, then then the management are thieves. Nice customer service. (Dripping Sarcasm.) Even if really hungry will walk past this establishment and drive over to the other one. On a positive note, they do get their products from Subway corporate, so the quality of food is good, and they do make quality sandwiches.

Ordered online from here today for medical staff. Unfortunately their ranch dressing was spoiled and made 2 co-workers ill. I called to politely make them aware something was wrong so others did not get sick. I was yelled at and accused of trying to get free food by the manager who then hung up on me. I believe the manager’s name is Gail, not sure. Either way, she’s the rude one with dark hair and glasses, and sounds like she smokes 10 packs a day. I called again to get Regional Manager’s number and they would not answer after many attempts. This lady is incompetent and does not care about the well being of the public. We don’t need her to give us free food, it wasn’t that pleasant the first time around and we definitely will NOT return now after the way I was treated and my co-workers got sick (both ate the ranch and said it tasted strange). I will follow up with the regional manager and possibly let the health department know the safety concerns of the public are disregarded at this establishment. Please beware folks!!! I would avoid this Subway if you can.

No military discount was accepted. Watched the lady smash all the chips on the rack.. so all the chips you buy are all crumbs. She charged me more for a turkey 6" sandwich then a chicken bacon "6!!! Her name is Mel. Her reasoning was... The prices went up. What a joke. The prices didn't change at all... She just played me on paying $5 for a 6" basic sandwich. Never again.
