The new AI there using at the drive through is God awful. Have to repeat the same thing 4 times and then it runs me through all the specials as I'm trying to finish my order. NOT FAST and certainly just another piece of junk.

Decided to sit inside, first time in a long time. Looking outside, it's snowing and 35 degrees. And what are they doing? CRANKING the AC! My food was getting cold by the second. Do not go in there unless you enjoy cold tacos!

why the heck are they using ai its annoying ash. can’t put in specifications can’t ask for more stuff i picked up an order and had to wait till i got to the window which a PERSON was at to even get what the hell i wanted. how lazy do y’all have to be to not be able to just you know talk💀food was also mid ash

I don’t know how hard it is to add potatoes and take off beans on an item. Seems to be a major issue of every Taco Bell in the area to do so. After the AI Taco Bell employee repeatedly said “no beef” instead of no beans, an actual human employee took over and made it correct on the screen. Guess what though, no potatoes and the burrito was mainly tortilla. Every time I order this from any location in the area, it’s always incorrect. All it is swapping one ingredient for another. It is very annoying when Wadsworth and all 3 Medina Taco Bell locations have consistent errors with simple issues. I get it that no one that works there probably cares at all, but we all have jobs that we don’t want to deal with. However, people are spending their hard earned money on something that they didn’t want/order. I wouldn’t complain …but it happens literally 4 or 5 times in a row . I just don’t it .

There are not enough people here to man the cash register and they lock the bathroom. In the event you need the bathroom everyone is busy and it becomes a touch and go event. Do not dine in here.

Why am I made to place my order on the kiosk when there are five people working and no other customers in the building and only a couple of cars in the Drive-Thru? I really only see one guy working, the cook, the rest of them are just walking around chatting and talking. The guy cooking was also the one who delivered my food to me at the counter. Ridiculous! I understand having a kiosk when you're busy but when you're not please take my freaking order in person!!

Mostly fine. One of the empanadas we got had hair deep fried into it when we came on Monday night. That was pretty disgusting.

Came again today and one of my soft tacos was basically burnt. Was not very edible. The other tacos were fine. Hope to see improvements next time we fly into America.

I give up with this location. I was finally excited to see old favorites come back but the new machine robot lady at the speak is frustrating and doesn't do well with customizations. She or the robot finally got it right but then when I recieved my food at the window the actual human being who made my food gave me beef instead of black beans which I saw the robot corrected after a few times or back and forth and she gave me a soft taco (the actual worker) instead of a gordita. I give up. Some employees are nice here and others aren't the best or the nicest with how they speak to people. One time I asked a man for help and he gave me a hard time but asked me out instead to which I said, no thank you. Even though the human in the end messed up, please get rid of this new weird robotic crap that you guys apparently started a few days ago. Not a fan.
