Horrifically slow. Placed an order a half hour ahead for 5:15, got there around 5:20, and waited until 5:35 before I had to leave WITHOUT my food because I had to get to work and they hadn't even made it yet. What the hell are these employees even doing? Absolutely ridiculous.

It’s crazy this store has such a low rating. I’ve had no issues at the Wooster Pike location since it opened. I’m glad they opened it because that one on North Court is awful - with a rude staff.

We had to pull around the building and wait for nearly 10 minutes after ordering in the drive thru. We only ordered 3 items...a Mexican pizza, a burrito and a chicken quesadilla. The customer in front of us and behind us has to do the same thing. The customer behind us said she had only ordered two tacos. The food was as expected, and was definitely freshly made. It was just frustrating that they aren't getting your fast food to you fast

Im sick of it always being a hit or miss with food. Wheres the cheese? Wheres literally the other half of my taco. My boyfriends chalupa literally looked just as scarce. We didnt even eat them thank you for wasting our money. Managers needs to get it together.
