I really want to offer a better review since its a local place, but its just OK. It's in an old grain outlet so you would think it has character. It doesn't. It's on the noisy side and not all that warm, comfortable or inviting. Menu is a bit limited and food is mediocre. You wont have a bad meal, but it wont be all that memorable either. There are several other restaurants around the square that are much better.

The staff need to work on their facial expressions and demeanor. This is a family restaurant. If you cant handle it then find another job. Customers dont like seeing annoyed waitresses. Put a smile on your face 🙂

We loved our experience and the food here! The wait was awhile but they were extremely busy so that was expected! Everyone was extremely friendly and the food was amazingly fresh and delicious! The beer list was great and the cocktails were great! Considering this is a farm table restaurant, the prices are decent! They have a kids menu and my daughter loved the mac & cheese

Great place, thought it looked good, was better than expected. We had the loaded chips and I had the deconstructed pot pie. Everyone was so nice and the food quantity was more than expected. Definitely recommend popping in

We showed up at 1:48 PM and the closing time was 2:00 PM. I was greeted by the hostess. She said that we close at 2:00 PM, and I said that I made it before you close, she said that it’s about ordering food before 2:00 PM and it’s not about walking into the restaurant before the closing time. I sensed that she was quite irritated, but I said that I would still like to have lunch there. She sat me down at a table, and I waited for the server to greet me. As the server Kristyn H. was approaching me, she also seemed very irritated, and said “wow, it looks like you just made it in time to order yourself some food.” She said that in a very sarcastic manner. I ordered an $18.00 burger that was 3 to 4 ounces, and I had to pay an additional 2 dollars for coleslaw instead of it being an option to substitute instead of french fries or chips. The coleslaw was only about 2 ounces. I asked for some lemon wedges to go with my water and Kristyn said that she believes that they are already thrown away because it’s closing time. She ended up finding two very tiny slices of lemon and said that they were the last ones in the restaurant. When I was leaving, I wasn’t able to use the restroom because a woman was in there cleaning the men’s bathroom. Also as I was leaving, a different server gave me an irritated look, I’m assuming that it had to do with me just trying to have a nice lunch in this restaurant that I’ve never been at before. I herd that it was a nice place to enjoy. I’m sorry but from the service and the lack of quantity of food, and for the high prices, it isn’t worth me going back.
This place is amazing. The food is great, the atmosphere is great, and the service is great. Try the smoked devil eggs for an appetizer. They’re amazing!
