I don’t see what’s so special about this place. The food was good. The service was good. The atmosphere was average. We were surprised by the big size of the slices of cake that we got in to-go boxes. Overall, I’ve had better meals for half the cost. Just my two cents. Hope this helps someone.
The Timberlodge in Medina was a warm, cozy and bustling restaurant. We were warmly greeted & seated by Kim who was also our server.
We ordered prime rib & Delmonico steaks, which were cooked to perfection. The salads were fresh & crisp and delicious. Our baked potatoes were the BEST we’ve eaten in a long time. We also loved the fresh baked dinner rolls.

Server was GREAT. Prices a little steep. The steak was WAY TOO OVER THE TOP SALTY! It lost its flavor due to the overabundance of salt. The VERY first bite was overwhelmingly salty. The olive oil loaded potato lacked enough butter and sour cream. The french onion soup was SUPERB. Suggestion that I hope the owner/manager heeds: Go light on the salt and find a good herb mix.
