Five Star Experience for Our Anniversary Celebration!
We recently hosted our 50th Anniversary celebration at Vell's Event Center in Medina, and I can't say enough about how exceptional Dee and her entire staff was from start to finish. From the very first planning meeting, the staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our event special. Every detail was thoughtfully considered - from the decor to the seamless flow of the evening. Vell's went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. We didn't have to worry about a single thing the entire night. They handled everything with a warm, welcoming attitude and professionalism. The food was absolutely outstanding! The menu had something for everyone and our guests couldn't stop talking about how great everything tasted. If you are looking for the perfect place to host a special event, I highly recommend Vell's Event Center in Medina. Our anniversary celebration was unforgettable. I would highly recommend Vell’s for a wedding reception! I worked personally with Dee for months to achieve the best day of my life. Her customer service is phenomenal. She is easy to reach for questions, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. The food is 10/10 and you also get a wonderful tasting experience! A huge number of my guests raved about the food. The desserts were also diverse and delicious. Dee’s husband was incredibly helpful with keeping the evening on track and answering questions related to bartending. They are an excellent pair. The venue is classy inside and out. I have gorgeous gazebo photos which added to my wedding day substantially. Dee was kind enough to accommodate us there as well. Overall the best venue experience I could have asked for and I highly recommend to all future brides!

We can’t say enough good things about our wedding here! The space was beautiful, but what really made the day was Dee. She was organized, calm, and on top of every little detail so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Staff has so much energy and passion for the craft of Poe. Drinks were spectacular and helped incase you into the experience and atmosphere even more. Truely a must if you have a love for Edger Allen Poe with a side of amazing drinks!

30 yrs ago we had our reception there. This year we had my daughters. Dee and her husband do a fantastic job of making you feel like family. They answer questions quickly! There are so many package options available to fit anyone's budget. Salad, bread, a cold side, all washes, 3 desserts, coffee and tea are included. Lots of table option as well including multiple napkin and table cloth colors to work with anyone's wedding or party theme. They have two choices for centerpieces and a lite wedding backdrop behind the sweethearts table. The hall is spacious, clean and as a ton of parking. Thank you for making my daughters day perfect!

Vells was a perfect place for my daughters August wedding. Dee is so wonderful and knowledgeable. She helps thru the whole process. Food is all homemade and delicious. And they do everything, decorating, catering, set up and take down. Would highly recommend for weddings and any party event.

Our wedding was a few weeks ago. The beautiful gazebo was the reason my wife and I setup an appointment to view the venue. Dee was perfect, she offered suggestions, and answered ALL of our questions. After the tastings, my wife and I, were able to decide on the food. Everything was delicious, which motivated us to have Vell's make our wedding cake.
I hardly ever leave reviews but Vell's definitely deserves 5 stars for making our reception perfect.

Hosted a large fundraising gala at Vells >200 guests and it was the perfect location. They were so helpful and the event went so well. The location is perfect and everyone was so nice. We raised so much money for our non profit while also celebrating at this gorgeous location. Special shout out to Dee who helped with the planning and was so patient while we kept changing things.

Dee was incredible to work with throughout the months of planning and throughout the night. She is a lovely person, easy to work with, and they had the venue so beautiful for our party!
