30 yrs ago we had our reception there. This year we had my daughters. Dee and her husband do a fantastic job of making you feel like family. They answer questions quickly! There are so many package options available to fit anyone's budget. Salad, bread, a cold side, all washes, 3 desserts, coffee and tea are included. Lots of table option as well including multiple napkin and table cloth colors to work with anyone's wedding or party theme. They have two choices for centerpieces and a lite wedding backdrop behind the sweethearts table. The hall is spacious, clean and as a ton of parking. Thank you for making my daughters day perfect!

Vells was a perfect place for my daughters August wedding. Dee is so wonderful and knowledgeable. She helps thru the whole process. Food is all homemade and delicious. And they do everything, decorating, catering, set up and take down. Would highly recommend for weddings and any party event.

My wife and I could LOVED our experience with Vell's.
Our wedding was a few weeks ago. The beautiful gazebo was the reason my wife and I setup an appointment to view the venue. Dee was perfect, she offered suggestions, and answered ALL of our questions. After the tastings, my wife and I, were able to decide on the food. Everything was delicious, which motivated us to have Vell's make our wedding cake.
I hardly ever leave reviews but Vell's definitely deserves 5 stars for making our reception perfect.

Hosted a large fundraising gala at Vells >200 guests and it was the perfect location. They were so helpful and the event went so well. The location is perfect and everyone was so nice. We raised so much money for our non profit while also celebrating at this gorgeous location. Special shout out to Dee who helped with the planning and was so patient while we kept changing things.

Kitten Krazy celebrated our 20th Anniversary at Vell's last night and they were the most professional and amazing people! Dee was incredible to work with throughout the months of planning and throughout the night. She is a lovely person, easy to work with, and they had the venue so beautiful for our party! Would highly recommend!

Just wow, we cannot express how happy we are to have chosen Vell's for our reception. From our first meeting through our wedding day we had a perfect experience. Dee was wonderful to work with, her communication and flexibility made our planning process stress free! (She also made our cake and yum!) Pricing was affordable and the hall was stunning. But lets talk about the food, oh my gosh - AMAZING! We had people raving all night long and received countless messages after about how good the food was. I had grandparents telling me it reminded them of their childhood. Personally we went home with extras and ate it for the next 2 days and froze the rest for future easy dinners. Every bit of our experience was a dream and if I had to do it all over again we'd pick Vell's every time! Seriously consider having your event here, you will not regret it one bit!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception here at Vell’s Event Center and are so beyond thankful for having found this special gem located in Medina! There are so many details to consider when planning for your wedding day. This venue provided all of what we were looking for- from decorating the hall with their linens and multiple color options, center pieces, and even the option to have our wedding cake done there; and it was beautifully decorated and equally delicious! This allievated having to go through so many other venues for services. Dee was incredibly kind, attentive, listened to what the bride and groom cared about in how they wanted their special day, helpful in answering questions, quick to respond, and beyond accomadating; including making a special meal for guest(s) with specific allergies at no extra charge. I can share from experience that Dee and her team truly care to want to help make your event as special and less stressful as it can be so you can just be present on the day of! They go the extra miles and what makes them stand out is that they do it with joy. Working with them had made our wedding celebration very enjoyable and memorable! We had a celebration of life for my mother-in-law at Vell's and Dee made everything perfect!!! They were very attentive through the whole process and the food was great! All our guests commented on how great the food was. I would absolutely recommend Vell's!!

My wedding was 09/03/22 and I am so happy I chose Vell’s event Center to host my wedding. The property and venue is well kept and absolutely gorgeous. The staff was amazing went out of their way to make me feel special on that big day. Dee has been my saving grace since I placed the deposit. She is very efficient, responses fast and has great input. Dee… thank you so much for everything! The day was so perfect, no problems and it wouldn't have been possible with out you! Now…. The food! Our menu consisted of the bone in chicken, pork chops and baked breaded fish… the food was fabulous and the baked fish was the talk of the reception and even the next day at brunch. Again thank you from the bottom of my heart…. My wedding day was magical!
