The Wendy's on Rt 42 in Medina was busy and well staffed. The two employees at the counter seemed to like doing their job which was a pleasant surprise when compared to most fast food restaurants.

We ordered a baconator and a big bacon combo but instead there was a spicy chicken sandwich and a double cheeseburger with no bacon with that combo that's just not what we asked for

This Wendy's is now my go to on North Court St for fast food. Burger King and McDonald's are SO slow. Each time I have ordered in the app this Wendy's has had my order ready and I do arrive with in five minutes of my order. Food is fine, it's Wendy's. Staff also usually friendly.

Your soda machine is cool, staff is nice, but my chicken sandwich was rubbery and hard to chew
I knew this Wendy's had been remodeled since I last visited this location back in 2021, and I really like how it turned out. The workers there were nice, and they gave me my food in less than a minute, and I just loved how fancy it seemed on the inside. :)

I went here today i had a free item on my app then i bought another item I had her scan the the free item first then my rewards thing for the item i bought they said they cant scan it twice but it wasn't twice it was a free item and it was a a reward scan for another item. They handed me my food like they wanted me out of there fast cashier rolled her eyes and didnt take my money to pay for my drink and the other woman waved her hands. I smiled and was sincere about wanting to explain about the scan for the reward and to even pay. I felt like a thief but they shoed me off all wendys near here need to train their workers
