They absolutely suck ass for order accuracy-ALWAYS. At least they are consistent at what they are good at doing, that in of itself is pretty amazing

I went here today i had a free item on my app then i bought another item I had her scan the the free item first then my rewards thing for the item i bought they said they cant scan it twice but it wasn't twice it was a free item and it was a a reward scan for another item. They handed me my food like they wanted me out of there fast cashier rolled her eyes and didnt take my money to pay for my drink and the other woman waved her hands. I smiled and was sincere about wanting to explain about the scan for the reward and to even pay. I felt like a thief but they shoed me off all wendys near here need to train their workers

Do not eat here. Their food is not even warm. Everything comes out cold and the managers don’t care at all when you let them know about it. Very poor service and crappy food. definitely don’t touch the chicken and I would assume not the burgers but be really careful with your food selections there or you could end up in the hospital.

We ordered a Dave’s single and a 10-piece nugget and were the only people at the restaurant drive-thru (dining room was closed 2 hours before close). We waited for 10 minutes and both the nuggets and the burger were not fresh (came out cold) and we were only given 6 nuggets. Also did not receive a spoon for our free frosty.

Drive through really slow tonight. Was picking up dinner. Dad's burger was good. I had classic chicken which was also good. French fries were horribly undercooked. But can't be excellent every time!

UGHHH THEY MESSED MY ORDER UP! How do you do that when you read it back to me multiple times and I had three things! I asked for spicy chicken nuggets and got original! The workers were messing around and being impatient. Ridiculous.
