We hosted our event last weekend. It was flawless. From the beginning it was sincerely wonderful. Meeting the Williams on the Lake staff, our tour and the time spent going over the event offerings they took their time to ensure an enjoyable and perfect experience. The staff was continuously hands on and meticulous throughout our day. Stefanie was our personal event concierge. Stephanie along with her dining staff handled everything as though it was their guests and party. They were amazing with the guests and made everyone feel special. The food was also delicious and all commented how good it was. This by far was an amazing experience and memory maker because of the beautiful venue and adoring staff..Two of our guests are booking events with Williams on the Lake because our reception was such an amazing time. We can't thank the staff enough for giving us more than what our expectations were.

Overall I had a great experience there obviously you can do weddings special events business meetings etc etc and I'm told you can even rent a church space..... God does really work in mysterious ways....lol... But I feel it's a little rundown and could use a facelift then it would be perfect it would have got my five stars....

Williams did an amazing job on my wedding last October, I used their catering service at a different location in Medina. Ali and her servers went above and beyond for my wedding! Kept everything on track and everything running smoothly. My family is still talking about how great the food was. I would definitely recommend Williams on the Lake for your wedding!

Williams on the Lake catered a funeral for my family. They were on time, very quick and organized, helped me think everything through while I was grieving. The food was excellent and we got many compliments. I am so glad we used them as a caterer, we had no worries that day.

Aly communicated well during the whole planning process.
The food was top tier, with all of the guests complimenting it. We had a buffet and they are very accomodating to allergies- they even made a special plate for a Vegan guest.
The bar and bartenders did amazing!
Williams on the Lake truly helped us plan and execute a perfect day.
My cousin had her wedding here on 8/17/24 so it was my first time at this venue. Very lovely place from the ambiance to the staff!!

We went for the Phase 5 Motown Revue and they were wonderful. The venue is lovely and everyone was very nice. We found the food to be sub-par and we're disappointed after paying so much. They served beef tips that were so chewy they were inedible, the broccolini was bitter, the fingerling potatoes were good. The salad was very sparse and little flavor. If we ever go again it would be for the show only.
