Disappointing! The place had good reviews so I wanted to try it. The dining room chairs were really uncomfortable, the server was fine insomuch that she was polite and accommodating and didn't mess anything up, but she was somewhat inattentive never asking me how my food was, which I didn't finish, and seemed more preoccupied with sidework and her conversation with the cook...and I use the term loosely. The Taco salad is so good. There is plenty of seasoning in the ground beef & it's served in a fried flour shell with grated cheese, tomatoes, & onions.
Lots of places serve chips instead of the fried shell for their taco salads ~ this is so much better, like it used to be back when I was a kid.
It's just delicious, and the portion size means I have another meal.
Well worth the 19 miles I drive to get there. Highly recommend.
