We've been coming to Biggie's every summer for years and have yet to try anything we don't like! They have so many flavors to choose from it's imposed not to find one you like. The staff is always friendly and we always get our order (which is usually about 6 different things) quickly despite how long the lines tend to get. Our personal favorites are the black raspberry truffle hand dipped flavor and kie lime pie custard!

We had a delightful experience with some of the best custard we've ever tasted. The havevan extra large size for milkshakes and although I could have finished it I went with the fan fav lrg bourbon butter cookie shake and the lady went with the aloha.

So many varieties with soft serve and hand scooped ice creams, great flavors and tons of toppings. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We really loved our experience at Biggies!
Excellent ice cream. Had two scoops....cappuccino chip and a peanut butter pretzel flavor. Service was a bit slow, but they make shakes, etc from scratch. Two ladies working hard, but think they need more employees

I have been going to Biggies for years. My family and I went there yesterday. Thy must've changed the recipe for their ice cream. We tried the chocolate, and vanilla. It's not as smooth and creamy from the previous years. Unfortunately, none of us will be going back. They used to be the best ?.

What a great place for something sweet. I had the buckeye blast and it was amazing!!! If you like peanut butter or resees cups you'll love it! The chocolate custard was so good! Customer service was awesome and the price was great. Definitely a must for anyone in Mentor.
