Order placed on app. Picked up within 5 minutes. Rice was cold chicken was overcooked tough and bone cold. I’ve never had chipotle before so this was me popping my cherry. What a disappointment!!

Helena, charged me $11.80 for guacamole and 3 oz of chicken. I literally should have left without paying for my 3 misley ounces and went somewhere else.

Every single time I go there, the chicken is either burnt so bad you cant eat it or they are out of something and you have to wait. I tried using the app and using the drive thru and tbh i dont understand why it takes 45 mins to get thru it was only 3 cars... Mentor on 306 doesnt have this problem at all... So i drive the extra 10 mins..
**update.. decided to give mentor on the lake a try again... and AGAIN they messed up my order. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE... if i knew if they were going to put a chipotle in here like this one I woulda rather them put something else in.. bubbakoos next door is waaaaaaaay better sadly.

I don’t usually review places but I swear I feel like I have to. The employees were genuinely so sweet so I feel even awful doing this. They even wrote a smiley face on my bowl lol. Anyways I asked for steak and got something completely different I don’t know if it was brisket/beef or what but whatever it was made me $hit my entire brains out and I’ve been struggling ever since I ate it earlier today. (I’ve been on the toilet for over an hour also struggling) I even had to prop my feet up because my stomach is in so much pain. And it’s so odd because I eat chipotle all the time (first time trying this location) and I never had this problem before. I don’t know what this chipotle did to me but holy crap Satan was coming OUT of me😭😭😭😭 lesson learned be careful what u eat because I was debating on either Panera or chipotle and I picked chipotle and now I feel like I’m about to get sent to the guy upstairs and meet him.

This is by far the worst location in the area. Unfortunate because it is central to so many residents. The service is CONSISTENTLY incredibly slow. You'd save more time driving to any further location and ordering. Whether it's a staffing or management issue, unsure.

Would have given 0 starts if possible. Wondered why there is never a line here, it's because the portions are terrible, not just meat but everything from rice all the way to lettuce, and for a chipotle that is saying something. Save yourself the hassle and go to Reynolds or Mentor Ave chipotle. There you won't pay 30 dollars for 2 half full bowls. Terrible terrible terrible.

If this place could get no stars it would. My husband and I were picking up a door dash order because we are trying to make extra money and he stood inside for nealry an hour just waiting for the order. They didn't have it made. ZERO communication between employees and employees and customers. Absolutely ridiculous. They started making the orders for door dash because there were a few they got, then all of a sudden a bunch of customers came in and they just completely stopped making the door dash orders (the second door dasher left because of it) and started waiting on the people that walked in. The order was supposed to be picked up at like 630 and they didn't give it to him until after 7 20. The people that ordered their dinner didn't get it until 7 40. You people need to be retrained correctly or hire new employees that are better than this. We definitely will not be patrons at this restaurant. We definitely do not recommend this place to anyone because you'll starve to death before you get your food. In all honesty, even though we have not eaten here, opening this location seems like a HUGE mistake.

This is probably the worst chipotle I have ever been to. One who would wanna make a chipotle after a fire that was in that building that used to be a Burger King. Is way beyond me. Also the directions are kind of very sporadic. The only good thing is is the parking is a lot much bigger than it was years ago, also it’s a very small restaurant. I was not greeted. They never said hi. They just assumed that I was there to have food . Also, everyone was not wearing hair nets. The food wasn’t really cooked all the way through. But the second thing is is that they do a very Big portion of the food. Nobody knows really see what they’re doing. I don’t even know who the manager is.

They started cutting the steak pieces into half size so when you get double steak it’s the same as a regular steak, don’t even know how to roll burritos

9/14/24 around 1:18 pm. I stood by the register for a pick up order and no one would acknowledge me. There was at least 3 workers that saw me. One was obviously the manager. They Waited on people who came on after me. When there was no line and just me standing there they all walked away. There is a reason they have a low rating.
