Employees were friendly and working hard. Portions were good. The make line was disgusting and I watched a guy accidentally splash pinto bean liquid all over the various ingredients, contaminating them for anyone vegetarian. My side of guac was gross and brown on the bottom and the chips were terrible. They're like store brand tostitos and do not taste fresh at all.
I order an insane amount of chipotle.. and after being disappointed time and time again with the one located on reynolds road I was so excited for this location to be open. I’ve been nothing but satisfied with the food, this including the portions and cook. The employees are incredibly nice (again unlike reynolds) very personable and I have never left anything less than completely satisfied. Thanks everyone here for being amazing!
I placed an order here and I think it got mixed up. So I came back and everybody was so accommodating. The training manager made sure my order was 100% correct and she was so understanding in why I was upset. Her and the staff’s customer service was top notch and ensured it was just bc there was bumps in opening a new store, which I totally understand! I will definitely come back, just for the excellent service
