Don’t bother. Service is absolutely terrible here . Usually 20+ minute wait on chicken . Once you finally receive your order it’s not worth it. Go somewhere else if you want fried chicken. Especially for the prices they now charge!

This is a little weird because I usually don’t make public comments about restaurants but my service was absolutely horrible. I work in food service so I kind of have an idea about what a food service area should look like. I ordered about an hour ago and it was so slow. Food said it would be done by 5:30 and we didn’t get our food until 5:50. Not only that, the place was a hot mess. Their c02 was low so my Dr Pepper was flat, there heaters said “call service”. They gave me the spicy chicken nuggets instead of the regular. It was in fact, not finger licking good. Unfortunately I only spent around 20 bucks for my food along with my families food, but for other people, that could of been their last few dollars just wasted on worse food. The chicken was hard, the mac and cheese was old. Little to no ice in a SHARED ice bin. Service was terrible, will not be returning. Also 2 people working? That is not a team. I even had a guy walk out and tell me “have fun getting their attention”. Horrible. Do not go.

I asked for 2 mashed potatoes with gravy and two orders of coleslaw and one chicken sandwich. Which equaled out to around $31.00 no chicken. They forgot an order of mashed potatoes they don’t listen and they’re slow as hell. We need a better chicken spot.
The lobby doors are closed already at 6pm. Only had one person in front of me in the drive-thru and had to sit for over 10 minutes to tell them I needed my mobile order. Said they only had two people working.

Worst fast food experience in a while. We sat at the speaker for 10-15 minutes waiting. The guy taking our order was very rude. Ordered a kids meal and he just said “ok pull up this is your total” in a rude tone. Didnt ask what drink what side nothing when we asked him what drinks are available he was obviously mad. We proceeded to the window to pay and he didnt say a word just told us to pull up bc they are “waiting on nuggets”. The person waiting in front of us was waiting even longer than us. Had to be 20 minutes we sat there till my husband went in to grab it and we still didnt get our drink. Do not come to this location if you want fast, respectful service.

People always write when something wrong but rarely when things done right. I visited very close to closing time and let me tell you the food was fresh and delicious. I ordered Chicken Littles and when that Chicken old they are terrible and these were among the best I have had 15 minutes to closing. My 3 piece also was just a fresh and tastey.
