Placed an online order. Was sent a message saying it was ready went to the kfc to pick it up and they had no food ready. The email said my order would be ready at 4:05. Someone finally came to the window at 4:17 to advise me that they had no food ready. But I could continue to wait if I’d like.. smh

Shut this place down already. I'm a doordash driver so I have to come in sometimes. Slowest dirtiest people you've ever seen. No gloves. I'd never personally eat here. I feel bad for the people I'm dropping food off for. These people are trash 🗑

I highly advise you to avoid this location. Virtually every time we go there they "forget" to put something in the bag. It happens so often that I wonder if it's just another way to scam a little extra money.

Today I drove all the way back for my missing fries and ended leaving without them. They probably just need to fire everyone and start from scratch.

We ordered online because it claims it will save you time and your food will be ready on time. We ordered a 12 piece family meal, and after we ordered (5:55p) and paid, it said to head into the store and pick up at the mobile order area at 6:35p. We arrived at 6:40 and there was no bagged food in the mobile area.

The guy that was talking to the cashier had also ordered online and his food was not ready. We didn’t get told by the cashier until about 6:55p that our order was not ready because “they didn’t see the order until right now” and they ran out of extra crispy chicken. She said it would be about 16 minutes for the chicken.

After she told us this, she locked the door to get inside, and we watched several people try to come in and get their pre-ordered meals and were forced to wait in line. While we were waiting, the employees were talking about how high one guy was, and how they hated how busy they had been.

Finally at 7:30p, an hour after our food was suppose to be ready, we got our bags and had to wait for the cashier to unlock the door so we could leave. She followed us to the door with her key, and then paused and asked if this was the worst fast food experience we ever had. I said “actually yes” and she said “wait really? I ain’t letting you leave until you tell me if this was the worst or not.” It was very awkward, unprofessional, and frustrating because after our patience being pressed for now over an hour, the least she could have done was apologized and just let us leave— if myself or husband would have said what we wanted, we’d be the “problem”. We were offered nothing for our time wasted, and I even had to finishing filling our drink bag because it was only partially filled before being handed over.

The worse! Disorganized and zero understanding of how to operate a business. Seven people waiting for phoned in orders for over 40 minutes. After 25 minutes I asked to just place an order… lady told me they were too busy to TAKE an order!!! WTH!!!! Everyone in line was exasperated… the personnel had no direction or leadership. I wasted a half hour of my life waiting to PLACE an order. Btw: there was only one couple sitting and eating… one customer stood there for over half an hour and finally asked whose order was bagged by the fryers. IT WAS HIS ORDER!! They made him show his ID before giving it to him (it had to be cold). If I were the owner, I would either sell it or fire everyone and start over. Absolutely the worse I have EVER seen! Shameful!

Probably the best KFC we’ve ever eaten at. The chicken was so fresh and the staff were so friendly. They could not do enough for us. Wish we lived closer.

I wanted two legs instead of thigh and leg and was told no substitution. Any other KFC I have been to does it no problem. Absolutely the worst location in the area. When I got my order, it was wrong. Having given me fries instead of mashed potatoes.

They never get my order right. Line takes forever to wait in. I'm blown away they are still open. I don't think I've ever had a good experience here. I always try and give them another chance and every time it's a let down. Food is good but the employees ability to get the order correct is severely lacking
