Wonder if they older guy who screws up the menu that i order gone yet. I can't believe anyone giving good reviews must me employee. This place is terrible with this guy..Terrible guy at the window very rude blames me the customer for ordering food on line saying was to be done at 2:32 pm but it takes 13 minutes to get there he says it's my fault the order was late. I got there late at 2:45 pm. The order was never done at all. The email said was done. He said this to another employee, and my son and I could hear him say this. I bet he screws everything up. He is very rude.
My Husband and I wanted 2 piece chicken dinners we got in with a line in dining room no one even offered to take our order. After a few minutes we just walked out. And went elsewhere customer service in in the toilet now aways this store doesn't deserve to be operating.

So I just ordered off uber eats. Not only did you not give me the brownies, but then you gave me the wrong chicken. If that isn't bad enough. This has to be the worst kfc I have ever seen. Burnt chicken that looks like it has been sitting there for hours. You got me once bet you won't again.

Went in and was never greeted, employee working was sitting in the lobby on his phone, dropping N words and f bombs. After waiting 5 mins was finally greeted while he continued to talk on the phone using the same language. Proceeded to get my order wrong and to top it off I ordered a 12 piece and was only given 9, horrible all

Sat in line with 4 other cars. No orders were being taken. This is the second time we've experienced this problem at the Mentor on the Lake location. It's totally unacceptable.
worker john is a constant jerk every time we go here. rude and disrespectful and disgusting. makes customers feel uncomfortable and unwanted. the only that asks for tips too.

What’s the point of online ordering if you have to go through the drive thru? We ordered our dinner online to save time and were told online orders couldn’t be picked up inside. Rather, they told us to pull into the drive thru line. Yea, 30 minutes later we got our food. So much for saving time! Got cold food by the time we made it through the line too.Whoever runs this location and came up with this ridiculous method probably shouldn’t be in charge. But looking through the other reviews, the management never responds to reviews so they obviously don’t care.
