We ordered a pizza with regular crust and double pepperoni... waited nearly 25 minutes and finally received it.... without any pepperoni at all.The girl at the counter apologized... we waited another 20 minutes and got our order - it had pepperoni but when we got it home, it was stuffed crust, not regular.It tasted fine but honestly... not a great night at Little Caesars in Mentor-on-the-Lake.

Let me start off by saying I love little Caesar’s but this location…. One time I went the pizza was very very saucy and not made how I ordered, the second time I ordered 2 pizzas pepperoni to be exact with breadstick seasoning and garlic butter on top I received a ham and pineapple pizza from where that was communicated I don’t know, the 3rd and last time I went to pick up my order and one of the workers came from the back grabbed a handful of cheese, squeezed it then threw it back in the cheese bin and came to ring me out. When I asked one of the workers why they don’t wear gloves and told her what I saw she said the over kills germs. I was done! Haven’t been back since. I understand a lot of places like this I could only imagine what goes on behind closed doors but I don’t want to see it

You get what you expect here. The customer service is surprisingly good here. the food is what you pay for. However the building doesn’t give off a health conscious vibe.
Never had a problem getting hot and ready pizza after work. always have their hot n ready racks stocked and the customer service at the front desk is probably the best in the area. for a budget pizza place they really do it right

So after COVID they sucked for a while but I went by recently and they been pretty great actually.

I placed an order for pizza and bbq wings online. I went through the drive thru I ordered the food 2 hours prior the pizza wasnt ready they were shorthanded. Anyway the pizza and wings were Excellent!!
