i ordered breadsticks with double parmesan because they barely put any usually and i got them with literally no parmesan or seasoning or anything. just straight bread :/ im so upset i was really looking forward to it

Their website is garbage. I’ve tried so many times to work with it but it fails every single time. I’m forced to call in an order. They do not honor deals posted on the website. Nothing is consistent. It depends who you get when ordering/picking up. Sometimes the person is wonderful and helpful and sometimes they are rude.

I have been ordering from Marco's Pizza for over 15 years a long and loyal customer.Yesterday I had my pizza delivered and it was awful it looked like it was precooked and warmed up after a few days in a refrigerator and I called the store immediately when I got the delivery and really nothing was done about not even and I'm sorry.

Unbelievable! Worst service I have encountered. Ordered 1.5 hours ago. Checked on order once after and hour..."just came out of oven" then 30 minutes later "it just left the store"...30 minutes later...nothing. If you are unable to complete an order, just notify the Customer so we can do something else for dinner. I've been lied to twice by the staff. How sad. BUT didn't hesitate to charge my CC so must get a refund now...WOW

I have been a customer of Marco's pizza in Mentor On the Lake for the past 11 years. This year their service has been less desirable and now I will never place another order again. This year my orders have been wrong in multiple times and last night the delivery driver left my food on the cold wet ground for who knows how long. Delivery usually takes only 30 minutes It was an hour and a half before noticing the food was setting on the cold wet ground. The food was very very cold. I did not request that. They have always rang the doorbell and hand delivered. This delivery person last night is the worst and did not deserve the tip and should give it back, shame on you for this lousy service. Never again, there are many other places to order from in Mentor On the Lake. I certainly would not give any stars to this place.

I’m extremely unhappy!!! I ordered pizza at 4:30pm and it’s 7:10 and still no pizza. They tried telling me my address didn’t exist.. I just called again at 7:10 and they are just making it to deliver. He wasn’t sure if I wanted it. Like wth are u talking about!! I’m so mad!! I want to talk to someone higher up because it’s unexceptionable!!

I ordered a simple pizza w/salad on Sunday, 11/26 and had to wait OVER 1 HOUR and 30 MINUTES for delivery. When calling the 2nd time, I was told there were only 3 drivers to deliver a waiting stack of *15 pizzas* with more coming out of the oven, which means that mine came lukewarm. I was *so livid* but said nothing to the driver (not her fault) but I did refuse the order--pizza was lukewarm and very late. I'll take it up with the manager in person. ASK before ordering: 1). Do they have enough drivers? 2). How much of a wait for delivery? 3). Do NOT tip via online before the food arrives. A larger tip will not speed up your delivery. 4). Order from somewhere else.

I was told it was still being cooked and they "have no control over their system"!!20 minutes later they found my order that had been sitting there the whole time getting cold!!I will NEVER return!Absolutely AWEFUL

If I could rate lower I would. The little girl that answers the phone that acts like she owns the place needs fired. The way she talks on the phone is completely unprofessional and when she does not know the answer to something she just puts you on hold with no warning. She is rude and gets attitude with you. Needless to say we will not be back.
