The girl that runs this restaurant Miranda and the district manager named Matt should both be fired....Neither one of them do their job!!..... The worst customer Service I have ever seen.

Every time I go here no one understands the difference between a cheeseburger and a hamburger. One has cheese one doesn't. I order a hamburger and they always give me a cheeseburger. STOP!!!!

Never fails, anytime I go through drive-thru something is missing or my order is wrong. Today I order a Cappuccino and they give me black coffee. Total incompetence. When I order online, this store always marks my order as being ready for pick up, but when I show up it’s never ready. They are required to make each order within a certain amount of time, which is probably reported back to corporate. So they claim the order is ready, when it not , just to show corporate they are meeting guidelines and standards. They even shut off the screen so you can’t see the status of your order. Corporate thinks they are exceeding expectations when in reality, they are below expectations.

Every single time I come to this location. I pay, then I get asked to pull aside and wait for 10-15 minutes. Once they have your money they can care less about customer service! This location is horrible. Don't go to it.
