We went here tonight at around 6:00pm. The girl that was working was fantastic ! The 2 guys that were working there were HORRIBLE and disrespectful to the girl working. Regardless of their actions, our sandwiches were prepared were the best sandwiches we've ever have from Subway. We appreciate your efforts thank you whoever you are ! The girl should be the Manager!!

There is no pride in what goes on in there. They don’t clean their work station at all. It was so gross. There was mayo mixed in the tomatoes. When the kid made my sub he just went through the motions. Everything was clumped together and not spread out. Totally disappointing. I’ve eaten here several times in the past and it was never awesome but it was at least decent. Now it’s a complete joke. I don’t ever plan on going back.

The sandwich making area was very messy.The bread was too soft and undercookedThe customer service was bare minimumThe sandwich maker washed the knife and then used it all over my sandwich with the knife still wet with water or whatever they dipped it in.Food was sub par. Will not be back.

Bunch of kids that could care less. Paid $18 for two subs with a total of 2oz of meat, brown lettuce and some cheese. They fought over who had to make my order 2 subs with one meat and one topping each. Had to add meat from home - sandwiches were basically just bread. Go somewhere else.

Good subs and Nice crew They Once Again Are Acepting Coupons of there's they did not for a while.
Went to subway 12-17-2023 and got my wife a basic sub( footlong Flatbread ham and lettuce with salt and oil) when I asked for 1 line of oil the employee zigzaged back and forth even with me saying that was enuf. I was hopeful it was fine. went home and it was super soggy. When I returned they remade it for me and made me repay for it at only 10%off. I would of been fine to pay something, but basically full price after they couldn't follow simple directions is ridiculous. Will not be returning while these employees are here. (Will still come and get subs made by other employees)

Closes at 9pm but only had two choices of bread at 3pm… . Last time I was here the staff looked like I was inconveniencing them when I walked in. Just not the best experiences overall . Don’t like leaving bad reviews but leaving this in hopes the owner sees to help guide the staff and is aware what goes on …
Probably the nicest subway I’ve seen. I went in kind of late so there extras bar was dwindling but all in all a good experience.

This location will not take coupons. My family and friends stopped going to Subway. I would rather go somewhere where they give good customer service and have integrity. That just shows you how greety Subway owners are. People rarely got coupons. But hey, if they want to lose money, then they can end up like the location by the Mentor Mall.
