I ordered a chicken sandwich with extra pickles only and I got a chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayonnaise and i asked if they could make me a new one and they said yes but I got nothing on it people are nice

The food was so disgusting that the seagulls in the parking lot didn't even want to eat it serving stale food... And clearly they don't drug test at this place. Because the lady at the drive through window was on a different planet......

The kid at the first window was very rude and didnt specify which window to go to after we ordered. He finally opened the window and yelled âpull up!â to us and closed it in our face. Customer service goes a long wayâŠ

My family does not frequently order fast food, however we had a busy Saturday schedule and needed a quick meal. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Our entire order was incorrect; there were easy modifications to our burgers due to dietary restrictions and this location did not accommodate that. I tried calling the restaurant 3 times and nobody ever answered the phone. There wasnât any time to turn around and speak to someone face to face so we were forced to either forgo our lunch or eat what we had without liking it. I am severely disappointed this location could not give us or order correctly. These were simple things such as leave off the tomato on this burger, leave off the onion on the other, etc but everything was incorrect. We will not return, even when we have time restraints and need something fast.
Was ther 9/16/2024 got 2 sausage English muffins gave them to the kids they bit into them and the bun was like a hocky puck

If I could give this place a 0 I would ! Will NEVER go to this location again ! Ordered a taco salad. The staff was CLEARLY fighting as we heard heard it through the window. Had to go back because they didn't give me the chili for the salad. Got home and the salad was absolutely DISGUSTING! I didn't order brown lettuce but that's all I got AND mushy old tomatoes ! I hope I don't get sick...I'm waiting! And the sealed crackers were stale !

I stopped and and got my daughter and I each a chicken classic sandwich. Drove home 10 minutes away only to find out that both chicken sandwiches were raw. So I drive back there with the intention of just replacing both sandwiches till I get there and the kid behind the counter asked what was the problem and I told him that both sandwiches were raw.he looked at both and agreed that they were both raw. Tells his manager that was on duty at the time that there is a customer at the counter with 2 raw chicken sandwiches and her response was Iâm to busy to deal with that right now he is going to have to wait. Needless to say I got my money back and will never return to this dump
