Wendy's has went downhill over the years. I'm not even talking about the staff, or lack of. I usually have a good experience with the staff at the ones I've visited. The food is laughable. I wish we would've taken pics. The chicken that constitutes a chicken sandwich was like a piece of cardboard, about quarter of an inch thick. We couldn't differentiate a double stacker with bacon or a jr bacon cheeseburger, which is sad. Proteins have shrunk a good 40% over the past 10 years. For the price charged, it could be better. The only plus was the lemonade, blueberry pomegranate. Yum!

BE CAREFUL!! I stopped in to buy my family dinner. Went through the drive-thru to order and could hardly her the lady taking my order. She was rude to me when I asked for ketchup for the dipping sauce for my daughter's and her friends 4 for 4. Then gave me dirty looks when I paid cash. I figured she had a bad day, so I disregarded and kept moving. When I got to the front of the line, I asked for extra ketchup and was again given attitude. I got my food and when I got home and was eating I found a long hair in my burger. ??. I can't help but wonder if they had tampered with our food at this point. I called and asked for a refund and was hung up on by the manager that was on duty. I called back and reluctantly, She agreed to give me my refund. I have had nothing but poor service here since covid19 started, and never said a word. That is the last time I will ever eat at this restaurant.If you don't like dealing with people don't get a job in fast-food industry. And if you have no other choice but to do so, don't take it out on the customer!!

1st and foremost this is a 5-star restaurant 7-days a week. Except Sunday morning @ (Oct. 22 9-10am)My nephew had to eat his sandwich with a fork because someone smashed it flat as a pancake after they wrapped it."Why you no like me 'cause I'm madd fly and icy? ..."
I am extremely sick this weekend. I finally worked up the fortitude to venture out for some nutrition. I haven't been eating because I have COVID and lost my taste and smell, which makes everything unpleasant. But I heard that I should still be able to taste spicy because capsaicin is a sensation, not a taste. I got all excited for a spicy chicken sandwich. So I went to the drive through. I got home and opened the bag and found a disgusting, greasy bacon burger. To add insult to injury it was covered in mayonnaise so even if I was desperate enough to try it I couldn't have because of my egg allergy. You guys are terrible!
