I would give 0 stars if I could. My family always go to the painesville and mayfield locations and we always love it but this location seems like they don't even receive the same chicken. All of our chicken tenders were sooooooo nasty we all took one bite and threw the chicken away it was that gross. They were slimey and there were bones or hard muscle throughout alot of them. It was so sick and actually makes me want to stay away from wingstop even though the other locations are great. Whoever is managing this place needs to check their chicken or watch how the employees are cooking them.

Wings are good order wings extra well done, and saucy. Was very disappointed though that the French fries changed! I was craving wings too fries to be sadly disappointed when I got Wendy fries and not wingstop! Bummed out!

Absolutely disgusting. Could not have been a worse experience. Caught the MANAGER in the back taking out trash with someone that appeared to be in training, casually smoking weed while on the clock. Also watched workers walking out of shifts with beers in hand. Disgusting and unprofessional behavior, couldn’t even report it to the manager since he was the one that needed to be reported. A gross atmosphere, I couldn’t even bring myself to eat the food after watching the workers and seeing how everything was prepared with little regard for proper health and safety measures.

Came here the other night to employee scratching there ass and then proceeding to pick up my chicken sandwich with no gloves while looking at me because they know there being gross thinking I’m stupid or something, while another employee grabs the fries/ chicken with his bare hands after just bagging a different order . At least wear gloves if your going to handle different peoples poultry at the same time or change gloves or better idea wear gloves in general! Lol
