My wife found this company and really wanted to try them but they are 2.5 hrs from home. Well her 40th birthday came up giving me an excuse to try them out. I ordered a custom cake and they did a fantastic job. Not only was the picture I sent them used so well meaning the cake was beautifully done, it is far and away one of the most delicious cakes I’ve ever enjoyed. My wife was delighted and stuffed. Will def use em again. The price I paid was more than fair for the quality

First time we used this bakery. Very, very pleased. Communicated EARLY entirely via email. We wanted two decorated 1/2 sheet cakes - one marble for an Eagle Scout ceremony and one vanilla for a HS graduation. Both had different color strategies and information - both were decorated exactly how we wanted. Cake was extremely fresh (picked up Saturday, events were Sunday) - will order from again. Great work especially given the hecticness of May.

I really wanted to be able to leave a positive review, but was very disappointed with the experience upon picking up my 3 dozen royal icing cookies that I spent $225 on. These were party favors for a bridal shower and it slipped our mind to confirm if they would be individually packaged. I attempted to email the shop the night before pickup, but got no response. When my fiance got there and was given a box of all the cookies together he asked if they could package them, they responded with a stern “No we’re too busy right now”. My fiance even offered to pay extra and wrap them himself if he could, but was again told No. You would think that after paying such a large amount for our order that they could give us this courtesy of wrapping up our order even if it would take a few extra minutes. This was our first time placing an order like this and didn’t think we needed to specify the packaging. My recommendation to the shop would be to have this as a question when orders are being placed.
Overall, the taste of the cookies was good and the designs were exactly like the reference pictures, but the poor customer service makes it hard to enjoy that.

I won an auction for a strawberry crunch cake. I picked up the cake on a Saturday, but my mom‘s birthday wasn’t until Tuesday yet it was still absolutely delicious and the staff was super friendly. I live in Cincinnati, but I will definitely make a trip up for cakes every so often.
