Tonight went thru drive thru with automated ordering. Ordered a french dip and swiss sandwich and two cherry turnovers. Automated ordering asked if I would like the meal so I said ok. Usually few more bucks for meal. When I got up to window my order was 18.00 and change. Automated ordering never read order back to me. So when I got home with my order no fries in my bag and turnovers were apple not cherry. Even though my sandwich was good, it wasnt worth 18.00 and change when I got no fries and the wrong turnovers. Lesson learned check order before pulling away. Would have gone back but had already drove home before I checked order and it's a school night. uggg!!

Cheese cups were less than 10 percent filled. More bun than meat on ham and swiss sandwiches. Feeling pretty ripped off. Payed 30 bucks and could have bought the same amount of food at a grocery for about 10. Shameful...

This is a nice Arbys. People who work here are always nice and the food is good. I purchased the new cheesesteak and potato cakes. They were nice and hot. This is the Arbys I usually try to go too when possible.
Staff and food are good. New automated voice ordering system is both annoying and broken.

Service was one of the worst I've had there. Only thing Worth eating there was a potato cakes. The lady taking the order really didn't listen to pay attention to what you were saying and she seemed like you were inconveniencing her

My husband went there for his lunch break and got several beef n cheddars including a couple for me and the kids and they didn't put them all in the bag, and I didn't have the receipt cuz he had it with him and the kid working the drive thru told me to pull to the window and he would take care of it, but when I got up there, he asked for the receipt and I explained why I didn't have it and he asked me exactly what the order was and I told him I wasn't sure cuz my husband ordered for him , his 2 buddies and me and 3 boys and I wasn't here with him, I was at home and he just dropped it off and we were missing a couple sandwiches, so he looked through past orders for the last hour and said he couldn't find any with 3 or more beef n cheddars, so he couldn't do anything and shut the window on me, rude !!!!
