I'm from Cincinnati and often drive up to grab lunch when I’m shopping or working in this area. The food is consistently good. I had an amazing milkshake for the first time yesterday, which was a highlight. However, I rated it low because I really missed their dirty fries, as they weren't in the container. The hot chicken isn't what it used to be, and they’ve eliminated all the different sauces they previously offered. I’m worried that this change might hurt the reputation of the chicken, which used to be great. I wish they had a location in Cincinnati because after changing a few things, I can’t see this lasting long-term. It’s still a decent option, but I hope they figure it out.
Disappointing. Sunday, mid day. 3 piece chicken. All three had a big chunk of gristle, 2 of the three had a huge section of fascia.
The fry was super dark and wet, like ut had been fried twice.
I tried both bbq sauces. The Big Chicken original was like ketchup with an unusual mild kick. The Memphis was a spicy version of what you might get in Texas, with a hint of black pepper.
To me, neither were good.

The ice machine was leaking all over the floor, two fountain drinks were empty, trash cans were overflowing, floor was filthy, fries and Mac and cheese were cold and our food came out in separate orders even though it was all together.
