Too much loud talking by one employee. He talked to another employee the whole time he was checking us out. NOT A WORD TO US. Server was great. Food was good.

Server completely forgot to bring out my coleslaw and forgot again after I asked for it until finally after eating half my food I walked up and asked her for it again as she apologized and had to go to the back for more. I get forgetting we all do that but after I asked for it a second time and I have to walk up and ask wow..... My pot roast sandwich was delicious on the other hand.

I got chicken strips forgetting I was told last time they have changed the chicken. Now I will remember not to get this. It looks crunchy but it's smooth and the inside is spongy. My kid gets breakfast and says it's always good!
Wish I kept my receipt so we could identify the team person who rang up our meal. I asked her to refund the bitter ice tea. She told me that " you shouldn't act that way in front of your grandchildren". Really? We were there almost 2 hours waiting for food and takeout order from just after noon till almost 2! Wow, won't be going there again.

Saturday morning & it wasn't crowded. Took a little while to sit a party of 5 and took a little while for the food to come out. Food tasted like comfort food; it looked cute. Nothing special, yet nothing bad -- great prices though!

Today was my first & last time coming here. I only rated it two stars because the server was really nice. The food was disgusting and the atmosphere was unwelcoming. The workers saw us come in and continued their conversation before coming over to seat us. The chicken sausage links were cold, greasy and undercooked. The hash browns were DRENCHED in grease. The eggs were runny and not scrambled. The only good part was the pancakes. Very disappointed and not worth the money.
