I placed an order for carry out this evening at 5:45pm. It was supposed to be ready by 6:12pm. It was late which is no big deal but then we discovered that the lemon grilled chicken I ordered had not been cooked yet. There were other guests that came in that were completely ignored by the staff. There was a customer who was picking up an order that apparently was also not ready when it was supposed to be. He waived his phone to which the girl behind the counter said waiving your phone is not going to make your food come out any faster. The biscuits were rock hard and the grilled chicken was definitely not grilled and was disgusting. It tasted like it had been put in a fryer like they started it on the grill then stuck it in the fryer to quickly cook it through. It will be a long time before I visit this location again. If I could give negative stars I would.

I used to order from this restaurant quite a bit.. never again. I had the worst meal ever today. The fish was soggy the fries were soggy and greasy. The onion rings were burnt. ... I will never order Bob Evans again.. the cook should be fired.

This is one of my favourite Bob Evan's locations. It isn't the cold and yucky update that they've done. This location still has the warm and old charm that Bob Evan's used to. The staff is always friendly, food always comes out quickly and correctly. Despite always being busy, there is rarely a wait and the atmosphere is great for conversation.

Got the worst food ever from here Ordered right carryout dinner for 2. Lady taking order said she was new and didn't know what she was doing. She was soo right. Got nothing but the chicken tenders and french fries. No turkey dinner on cake and they tried to charge $51. Sad They just lost a frequent customer. Will spread the word. They would let me speak to a manager either after several calls.
