This is such a hit or miss place. Either it's going to be okay or it's going to be like eating a display model out of plastic, it's all so hard and stale. I know it's fast food not expecting amazing. But edible wouldn't be to much to ask.

Just horrible, you ask for them to make it they way you want they still make it their way or they just don’t read the grill slip. They ask you to pull forward they will bring it out you ask for condiments and napkins they don’t give you any. I guess I really need to check my bag and food before I leave. I just don’t understand when it’s really very simple. $30 wasted. It’s not have it your way at BK it’s the people working have it their way.

The second shift staff is amazing. They are the friendliest people I have ever met at a fast food restaurant. My food is always great. It's my favorite place to eat.

Understandable on Christmas Eve, at 3:20 in the afternoon, no one really wants to be working, however, you are. I ordered fries, nuggets, and a bacon melt, all of them barely lukewarm. Fries short, broken, and unsalted. Nuggets, dry and barely warm. Bacon melt, cheese not melted, patties also bare warm, onions and mayo shocking cold and perhaps uncooked. There wasn't line and the employees were talking. This was straight negligence and the worst fast food experience I've had.
They never keep good workers smh.. I've heard horror stories about the upper management for the Karali franchises around here that's who runs these local burger kings.. the DM needs to get better or something.. I won't be coming back I felt unappreciated as a guest, and I don't like how I heard the workers get treated by higher up management here.
