The service at this location is great, always fast and friendly. There is a major issue that has been on going that needs to be handled by management. There is an individual who lives in a vehicle in the parking lot. This is an on going well known issue that hasn’t been handled. I hope someone in management or corporate can help this individual out, and provide him appropriate resources they need. Miamisburg is a nice town, so this is out of the normal in this area, and should be addressed. Outside of this you can’t ask for better service, definitely recommend this location.

Place the order Thur DoorDash and I don’t live that far from the store and , all the food was cold. Buns was hard. My dog wouldn’t even eat the stuff. Worst Burger King. This BK has a good grill and you can really taste the smoky flavor. The French fries are good and hot and the fountain drinks are killer. this place has the new pop station with all the brands and no fuss.

The issue I'm having here, the people were perfectly fine at the restaurant but when I got home and was eating my burger the bacon was slimy raw. My mother said her burger tasted like chemicals but the fries were fine. Only reason I'm leaving a review is because I've tried to call 3 different times now and it just constantly ringing until beeping before hanging up.

I stopped in for lunch today and asked for cheese only on my double whoppers get to the car everything on 1 and the one that had cheese wasn't even put in the hopper which is a warmer to melt the cheese.So I go back and tell them the situation and ms grumpy making the sandwichs gets a attitude about it like no thank you just give my money back Why do y'all workers get mad because we want what we payed for it's really not that serious get a different job if ya don't like fixing something someone asked a certain way SMH

This is such a hit or miss place. Either it's going to be okay or it's going to be like eating a display model out of plastic, it's all so hard and stale. I know it's fast food not expecting amazing. But edible wouldn't be to much to ask.
