$40+ just to have to send one back it was doughy and arrived very cold. Got the replacement and the same thing. Cassano’s is my absolute fave but lately it just isn’t worth the price. The delivery driver however was very apologetic. I just wanted the quality you all used to have.

Pizza tasted like soap especially the green peppers. They obviously dont clean the vegetables befor cooking them. Service was basic didn't even ask if we enjoyed the food. Everyone was sick later.

Ordered 2 pizza large and sub with chefs salad .Both pizzas were burnt. Mushroom topping was dehydrated. Chefs salad was 10 .4 pieces of ham on chefs salad .Disappointing. Called to complain. Wow 10 credit on payment .service rep got snippy .The sub / sandwich was fine .Been and long time customer for 30 plus years. Never again .Delivery driver was nice. Wasn't worth 60 $ plus

As a long-time customer, I’ve noticed a significant decline in topping portions recently. I was offered a $10 credit when I raised the issue, but the call was abruptly ended. Unfortunately, the quality no longer justifies the price. I recommend considering other options.

If one orders a pizza, make sure you put more than just cheese and pepperoni on the crust... Try actually putting sauce.. I ordered an xl pepperoni it shows up, no sauce.. absolutely no sauce on the crust. I tried to call to report issue, was placed on hold for over 35 mins then hung up on..
