If one orders a pizza, make sure you put more than just cheese and pepperoni on the crust... Try actually putting sauce.. I ordered an xl pepperoni it shows up, no sauce.. absolutely no sauce on the crust. I tried to call to report issue, was placed on hold for over 35 mins then hung up on..

Placed a pick up order for one pizza and one side. Order was supposed to be 20-25 mins. Got their to pick it up, the order wasn’t do. Waited there for 30-45 mins. The order ended up taking an hour to complete. Got home and the order was wrong. Called the call center where they told us it would probably take the same amount of time because they can no longer call the store that THEY HAVE TO PUT IN FAKE ORDERED TO PING THE STORE IF THRY NEED SOMETHING. so now I’m waiting anywhere from 90m- 2h for a single pizza. The called center flat out told me “ we have had a lot of complaints about this location” “ it seems to be really bad management” This is our 5-6th messed up order this year from this location, which is probably 50% of the times that we ordered.
When my husband took back the pizza and went to get the other one. The manager said “ well we were confused” IF YOU WERE SO CONFUSED WHY WOULD YOU NOT COME TO THE LOBBY AND SAY HEY WE NEED SOME CLARIFICATION.
Will update if I get a call from district manager Tim, like I’m supposed to….
Only guaranteed thing is they will mess your food up and have extremely long wait times. Triple time then what you’re quoted. 3rd time we’ve given this location a chance.

This place is so expensive when you get a 13 inch pizza instead of 14 with a bunch of sub par ingredients smashed on top the salt was enough to give someone edema. And let me tell you, this place has fallen from grace.

Cassano's is a lifetime favorite. This reminds me of home and, no matter which location, it does not disappoint! Great pizza and subs! It is a must every time I'm close enough to a restaurant (I don't live near Cassano's), and sometimes I take a drive just for a square slice of home!
