Last night was one of the most disappointing and unsafe experiences we’ve ever had at a Chuck E. Cheese.
The building was completely chaotic. Families were entering without being stamped, and children were able to leave without their stamps being checked — because no one was even stationed at the front desk. Safety was clearly not a priority.

My family has been loyal Chuck E. Cheese customers for years, visiting locations across the country. Each time we’ve relocated, we have received a “Big Winner” Ticket Voucher to use at our next location without issue.

Honest review. I had both my grandkids birthday party there tonight. The kids had a blast and that was my main goal however it could have been way better organized or better yet I coulda bought a smaller package . The kids had unlimited play for 2 hours now in that 2 hours you also do the pizza , cake and singing with Chuck Ev.
