Everytime I go in, the workers are extremely rude especially that young girl with the pink hair. I don’t understand why you would choose to work in a children’s entertainment center when you obviously don’t enjoy being around young kids.

Got there 45 min before they closed and wouldnt let my kid in trampoline play area cause she just cleaned it was kind of BS... and he got picture takin riding with Chuckie cheese but it didnt print out get assistance I did and same lady that wouldnt let us play on trampoline said yeah we know its been out of film for a while but thanks for letting us know again.... gee thanks again... but we still had a good time playing the rest of the games... there is really all kinds of all age level games... that are truly fun to play

Okay so I made Birthday reservations for 14 children and 18 adults on December 6th 2025, I ended up with 17 children, paid over 500.00 between the birthday party and the voucher's I had bought online for food. With them voucher's I bought 3 salad bars for each voucher which was 6 salads between the both of my voucher's. Between the 6 salad bars I believe we all ended up with one salad, when we went up to get more the salad bar was empty, 3 or 4 people from my party asked for more salad, My sister in-law was one of them people which was told by a male that he couldn't cut the salad up, that he was only 17. I finally went up to the manager at the register and said something but still didn't end up with another salad by the time they had put it out the party was about over and we had to move from the party tables. I had like 3 pizza' with the 27.99 party packages I bought for all of the children which made my daughter free so paid for 16 of them packages. Our host brings out the pizza's tells me they was working on the cheese pizza so we waited only for her to have to come out and tell us that he didn't see that it was just cheese so he put pepperoni's on the pizza. I told her to just give us that pizza that we had waited long enough. To remind you I talk to the manager about all of this no sorry let me knock some of this off you bill or anything, so I called Guest relations about the situation and was told that he needed copies of the receipt for the salad bar for him to do anything. I don't have them receipts, it was very hectic that night. I spent almost 500. 00 for the party why would I lie about 6 salad bars. Needless to say I will never have my children another Birthday party at Chuck E cheese. I don't even know that I will ever drop any money into that place after the experience my family and friends had. I should have made my daughter's party at Magic Castle, I hear it's better.

Great place to be with the kids with a safe environment along with good food.. would be nice if the trampoline was 5$ or free for those who have a membership or for members to be charged (5$ for socks only )also it would be nice if the membership gave a better discount on food purchases .

The woman letting people in tried to prevent my friend and his adopted daughter from coming inside for a princess party that I was co hosting. She said to him and his child that he wasn't her father and wouldnt be allowed to bring her inside. Even though my friend's daughter also insisted to the woman that he and his wife adopted her, the woman still argued with them both. Very unprofessional and rude! I would be a little more understanding if she was trying to prevent them from leaving and he was acting suspicious and if the girl looked scared but that is NOT what happened! Instead a black woman saw a white man with a black daughter and told both a small young child and her father to their face that they weren't family! How disrespectful and rude! And if this wasn't one of those situations then why prevent him from bringing her inside? This could have been an opportunity to get a child into a secure environment and then guarantee her safety instead of sending her off with her potential abuser! All around the situation was handled very poorly, unprofessionally and unsafe! I will NOT be going back!

First, Harley was fantastic! This young man was great with the kids and very personable, the face you want at the counter helping you manage the chaos! The food was good but not great. Unfortunatly all the rest was chaotic, misrepresented, and poorly handled. All the way to explaining to me that the price we were emailed was only an estimate to explain away the 50$ difference! In the end the kids had a great time but it was very expensive to be so poorly structured. Thanks again Harley, you were the best part of our visit, keep up the great work!

my daughters love this place!
Celebrated my son's 5th birthday last weekend, and we had a blast! Brian is the best party host!!
The only thing I would change is being able to rent the party table/experience for a little longer.
They have added new play set. We have done it yet. The jumping area is a big hit. It is additional cost of 8 dollars. The games are fun.
