We had a blast and customer service was helpful from the moment we arrived. They take extra safety measures to make sure the kids are safe as well. I highly recommend the visit :)
Great family fun with our grandchildren.
nice for kids but small some games not working
We drove an hour to this location to celebrate my son’s birthday. I told the cashier I’d like two, one hour play cards, she told me the total with tax was around 65. Before I paid, she said for five dollars more would you like to upgrade to a play pass where they can come free for two months and it automatically cancels after two months? I said sure and paid. That was the entire interaction. No where in that did she say I would NOT get the one hour cards I asked for. So about five minutes after paying $70, my children’s cards have points that are running out quickly. It didn’t say minutes for the one hour pass. So when I went up to the counter to ask, the lady said I chose to split 100 points on to two different play cards instead…. Since I chose to “upgrade”… how is it an upgrade if I’m not getting what I asked for? Which is what I asked. The girl with the brown hair and pink highlights was very rude and said too bad that’s what you picked. I said that’s not what I asked for and that’s not what you explained. I told her I would like refunded and she said she can’t do that. I asked to speak to a manager or another employee and she said there was no one else. After going back and forth with her for five minutes, low and behold, she can issue a refund and that’s what she did. Completely unprofessional and rude, very misleading. We will never be back to this location. Really put a damper in my sons birthday all because the cashier who didn’t explain properly also refused to issue a refund until a line was formed behind me.
They have a nice game room but the kids there are running around with no parental supervision. When my grand daughter was playing the basketball game kids were running up pulling the basketball out of her hands. Kid were begging to
play.
Have always had a great time when we come here. We ended up getting one of their memberships and few months ago and have been at least twice a month since. It is a great deal. The staff is kind and helpful. They try very hard to keep the place picked up and clean. Going on a weekday is definitely better because it is less busy.
Girl with the pink hair made my experience horrible. Was very rude and had a bad attitude even got hateful with my kids.
Very nice
We have been coming here a lot for the last year because we bought the unlimited visits package. This location is great, management is always helpful. The staff is always friendly. The food is good and always cooked in a timely manner, although the prices are a little high. The games are always in good order. It's always clean especially the tables and the bathrooms. And Brian White plays the Best Chuck E Cheese and is very engaging and friendly with the kids. I will probably renew the membership because of how friendly the people that work here are especially since there seems to be good staff retention and we see the same friendly faces when we come in.
From my person opinion and experience here this place doesn’t seem to care for people who look like myself (colored)!

My daughter had a blast! Fair pricing.
It was disgusting. Pizza was soaking in grease.
Tables we reserved were allowed to be invaded by uninvited people with employees permission
Had a birthday party for my son. Did the mega fun package and it was so great! The host was great she took care of everything. The place was so clean. Also it’s unlimited play which is soooo much better than normal arcades. Everything was working. They had the mascot. It was the best party we had. Oh and the pizza was so good!
We had a great time at Chuck E. Cheese’s! We came on a Tuesday about a hour after they opened. It wasn’t too busy besides a daycare group but they did take up a lot of the games. The employees were super nice and helpful, and everything was clean and well taken care of. The pizza was surprisingly delicious — way better than I remembered! One thing I didn’t love was that the trampolines cost extra. It feels a little unfair since the old play place used to be included with the visit. Still, overall it was a fun experience and a good spot for kids to burn off some energy.
Went here for my 15th birthday with my sister to play some games and to relive my 6th birthday. Tell me why there was no animatronics, not employee dressed as Chuck, and no stage for the mascots?! And also tell me why the games were mostly rigged, the ball drop game had one ball instead of 5 and tell me why they didn’t even have the mascot in person for a child’s birthday party?! Literally never coming back if they don’t fix how it was. They were playing weird kids bop music “old town road” which literally talks about lean and other drugs. Like this place is not the same as it used to be and I absolutely hate it. They had this big screens beside two TV’s playing shitty music is when they could have just played their music that they have been making for years.
