Last night was one of the most disappointing and unsafe experiences we’ve ever had at a Chuck E. Cheese.
The building was completely chaotic. Families were entering without being stamped, and children were able to leave without their stamps being checked — because no one was even stationed at the front desk. Safety was clearly not a priority.
The smell of marijuana inside parts of the facility was extremely inappropriate for a family-friendly environment. Kids were running wild, ruining gameplay for others, and staff seemed overwhelmed or nonexistent. The trampoline area was dangerously overcrowded, and several parents were sneaking kids on without the required socks and wristbands, creating even more safety risks.
Despite several parties being scheduled (plus the usual Saturday crowd), it was obvious they were severely understaffed. Wait times at the counter were painfully long — imagine toddlers and young children standing in line just to get their play cards, order food, or redeem prizes.
We purchased passes but had to leave early because it was just too overwhelming and unsafe for our 2- and 12-year-olds. Extremely disappointing for a place that’s supposed to be centered around fun and family.
Management needs to seriously rethink staffing, safety procedures, and overall facility management.

we ate a stuffed crust sausage pizza.. it was good.. also got the salad bar which does not stay stocked 😕.. game card seemed to last longer though which was good

Slacking Packing
This review is more towards the restaurant it self and not my experience while the food is good and the games are fun. I am genuine disappointed with what Chuck E Cheese has become now. Everything in the restaurant is so bland and boring now. The stage is gone and the animatronics is gone, the sky tubes are gone, a bunch of the awesome aesthetics has been stripped away. This place is just not the same anymore.

Great place to let your kid(s) go wild. I spent over $200 for my son and my friends kids to come and have fun. We all had an awesome time, but the pizzas were a little salty, though.

The cost was terrible. If u only have cash they only give u the option to buy a two month pass when u don’t go there often enough. The pizza doesn’t taste like it use to. The cost, play passes n everything is over priced. Never again

However, during our recent visit to the Miamisburg Ohio store, we attempted to redeem a voucher issued by the Hawaii location for a little over 9,000 tickets. The General Manager outright refused to honor it, and the staff exhibited a dismissive attitude, showing no willingness to assist or provide any explanation beyond simply walking away and stating that "there's nothing more to be done."
This experience was extremely disappointing for our family of 4, especially given our long-standing positive experiences at other Chuck E. Cheese locations. We expect consistency in honoring valid vouchers and professional customer service, neither of which were provided in this instance.
We would appreciate clarification on your policy regarding these vouchers and an explanation for why our valid voucher was denied. Additionally, we hope this feedback encourages better customer service at this location moving forward.

It's a good place for the little kids to hang out and play especially for play dates and I feel crazy saying this but as an adult, I look forward to their pizza because it is super good. Don't sleep on the pizza.

Only problem I had was a smart ass worker there were two or 3 small children playing on the trampoline when there was literally no one else in the whole place and she got mad at them because they didn't want to get off and they didn't pay. I could see if other kids were there but they were maybe 3 years old was it killing her they didn't pay 15 dollars to jump good god
