Honestly, not great. It was twice as expensive as every other Mexican restaurant I go to, with half the portion sizes. I got the fajitas and they were nothing like any other Mexican place. Dry, overcooked meat slapped on top of barely any peppers. There was next to no flavor whatsoever and it was highly disappointing, especially for the insane cost. I ate two bites and took the rest home for someone else, who also commented on them being flavorless and dry without my input.I will say the margarita was one of THE tastiest ones I've ever had, and the service and atmosphere was great, but the food was absolutely awful.

I always go to the location while in town to meet with my brother in law. This visit was uncharacteristically bad. Visited on a Wednesday and sat right down, but according to the wait and the staff you would have thought it was a Friday night. Hopefully they get some extra help aslnd this was a one off experience and not the new normal for this location.

Our experience started at seating, the table was right in the path of everyone walking, and there was 4 of us, ( 2 small kids) then the waitress sat my drink in front of a 3 year old, who grabbed it and spilled it. It went down hill from there. The waitress was terrible, we waited an hour for our food, we had no refills, the manager came out and promised our food was next, and then brought the table next to ours food! They had had been waiting about 15 minutes.when our food came it was cold and dried out, and we did not have silverware, and the waitress walked away. The whole trip was terrible. We will never go back

We couldn't have had better service and food if we tried. Kia was warm, kind, social, upbeat, timely, and generous when we needed chips, refills, and made our to go order experience easy. I mentioned she should come to Cincy and join an American Legacy Tour. Hopefully she makes it down to see Cincinnati!Excellent service from the host to the table. This is why Chuy's is one of my favorite places. The food is incredible!!!

The server was very nice, the food was not great and the presentation off putting. The color of the sauces were so nasty my wife could not eat hers. The decor was cheap and tacky. We will not be back and I do not recommend this one.

I had never been to a chuys before. Felt like the salsa was below average, and I didn't love the food. But service was great, we got seated quickly, and the atmosphere was fun and family friendly.

The food was excellent, our server was amazing, had a great time in general. 4 stars due to the fountain drinks being flat. Will eat here again.

Dry and cold chicken tacos. The tortilla had multiple holes in it. The food here is an affront to food. Seems like it survives on cheap margaritas.

Do not order takeout from there, I have at least one thing missing every single time I get takeout, and that is truly not an exaggeration.
