Aly made an Oreo cake for us. It was delicious and very cute to look at. Her customer service was the best I had in some time.

Ice cream to cake ratio was not as expected. It was 2/3 cake and 1/3 ice cream. Cake pickup time delayed. Would not go back!

Terrible customer service. We waited 20 minutes to order with one couple in front of us who ended up ordering takeout for 15 other people. Instead of one or two of the three staff members helping them, all 3 worked their order while the line built up out the door. Once they finished making their order, they started working on online orders completely ignoring the rest of us who had been waiting VERY patiently. I should also mention they had no sense of urgency or acknowledgment to any of the customers that were standing in line.

My car broke down and we were waiting for it to cool off so we tried to get some ice cream my car declined. Ali was generous enough to make my whole day if I still giving us our ice cream she had great smile and an awesome attitude and she needs a total raise thank you so much Allie!!!

Waited 1 hour in line and by the time we got to order they ran out of chocolate ice cream...how does a store that sells on main item in the middle of summer run out of a favorite flavor... totally mis managed

Atrocious service/staffing. We stopped in here Sunday after having dinner. There were about 12 customers in line, give or take.
Staff: one person running the register, one person working what looked like DoorDash type orders (we saw one takeout person come in and leave), and one person working the line. After about 5-6 minutes of zero line movement, another guy came from the back out to the line. I thought we might make some progress. Nope. After serving one customer, both the new guy and the original person working the line, walked into the back, sat down and started taking a break. No more service. We walked out and ended up at a Graeters. That place knows how to handle a line of customers and, IMO, has better ice cream. Won't be back here.

So warm the ice cream was melted when it was scooped. Definitely not worth the $6/scoop price. It was liquid before it could be eaten
Located at Austin Landing mall area. Ample parking. Friendly, courteous and prompt service. Prices were reasonable. Small location. Outside seating available. With waterfall view. Restrooms needed cleaning.

Just stopped in for some ice cream. There was no one in there but us. After waiting for the worker to finish whatever she was doing she came over to help us out. Her energy and customer service was average at best but beyond not acting happy to have customers in the store she didn’t even mix in the toppings. She’s just put the ice cream in a bowl and put the toppings on top…. Which totally defeats the point of “cold stone” ??? Just kind of strange. Didn’t used to be like this at this location.

they literally had only 1 guy working. which isnt his fault but he had 0 sense of urgency and took like 25 min to finish one persons order of like 3 ice creams.

The ice cream is like every other cold stone but the manager gets 10 stars. My wife wrapped up her retainer in a napkin, forgot and threw it in the trash. The manager dug all the way to the bottom of the trash and it was like the last napkin and she found it and returned it to us. Also the card reader wasn’t work that day and we still got ice cream. Thanks again to the manager she was awesome!!
